anyone had experience na pag inikot yun manibela may maririnig na parang whistling sound? sa initial andar ng truck wala pero pag nakatagal na bigla na lang lalabas yun whistling sound.

yes i experiences that as well.

actually natanong ko na yan dito sa tsikot (cant remember which strada thread to be exact) and answered some queries regarding that as well. i guess it's one of those problems na wala nang nagawa gawa.

i tried mine ipalubricate nung 5k pms. na lessen naman. though nandon pa din.
and parang nagworsen pa yung case kasi yung 'rattling sound' ng steering column ang mas naging apparent / dumalas.

Yes. At 1K mileage, pinalitan ng casa yung steering assembly. Pero pagdating ko sa 12k, bumalik. Meron silang nilubricate, pero bumalik pa rin. Pagmedyo umuulan, nawawala, pero paghindi, lumalabas ang problema. Hindi ko pa binalik sa casa, busy kasi.

PLUS yung ingay pag apak sa clutch, bumabalik ang problema. PLUS yung left rear suspension, maingay pa rin, maski nilagyan na ng silencer, at ilang beses na nila nalubricate.

yep have those exact three 'problems'.
yung ingay ba sa clutch yung parang 'stone sound' kapag mababaw yung apak?

hi I'm planning to get the 2.5 gls sport V strada is it really worth buying and ok ba after sales sa citimotors alabang ito kasi pinaka malapit sakin im from paranaque ive talked to one of the SA Vanessa name accomodating naman kaso siyempre baka pag nag ka
problema in the future hindi nako ganu asikasuhin may mga recommended SA ba kayo at dealer na banda south thanks in advance sa mag rereply

you can always go to other branches kung wala yung gusto niyo sa particular one.
(i believe di pa naman siya totally phased-out kasi kababasa ko lang ng mga 'just-got-my' posts).
as for the 2012 model, ive seen other queries regarding that dito sa threads. and iba iba din ang sinasabi.
dipende sa tao, sometimes yung iba kahit may new models na would try na maghanap pa din ng last remaining stocks nung previous gen if it would mean significantly less price.

sir, i think meron yata ready oem wire sa loob ng front bumper glx for 2nd horn. buy lang po kayo ng single low tone, high tone yong na installed ng oem.

regarding naman sa feedbacks about dealer: learned na parang wala naman din yan sa dealership. kahit sa dealer na may pinaka magandang feedback dito sa tsikot ka pa kumuha, kung may masisira may masisira talaga. (first hand experience)
besides... pwede ka naman magpaservice kahit saan afterwards. so just get the unit kung saan may best deal, then have it serviced sa prefered casa mo.

and in fairness sa mitsu alabang, ive been reading dito from fellow bosb's na matino daw sila kausap regarding warranty claims. so much so na parang sa next pms ko nakukumbinsi akong don dalhin.

exaggerated man yata boss by not just upgrading the oem horns compromise na safety. i doubt it, it depends how you drive safely.

True if your driving forward and have complete control of your car. What if you're waiting in line for the green light sa traffic tapos yung trailer truck sa unahan mo biglang umatras dahil inaantok yung driver ng truck at hindi na naka-apak sa break nya or hindi gumamit ng handbreak?

Do you think the stock horn can call his attention kahit binabad mo pa ang pagbusina sabay sigaw?

Sir tanong ko lang hindi ba covered ng warranty ang aircon natin pag nasira? wala pa 3 years unit ko mga 2.3 years pa lang,bigla na lang nawala ang lamig meron daw butas ang evaporator at palitan ng bago evaporator, ang genuine 18k plus ang replacement 9k plus at ang labor. salamat po

If I am not mistaken, that's union motors & citimotors. try niyo rin po sa Diamond motors. Tama rin naman po si S'theparanoid, kung mamalasin ka sa unit(keep your fingers crossed) it doesn't really matter where you'll be getting your unit.

Aside from price, another important thing to consider rin po is yung convenience on your part to service the unit, so kung saan masmalapit na service center na reputable para po yung Sales agent niyo matulungan din po kayo if ever magkaroon ng problems sa unit niyo.

Try calling diamond marcos 6454801 and look for Jeanette Frogoso, highly recommended namin ng wife ko. Points rin to consider when haggling, try to get as much freebies as possible then convert niyo na lang to cash discount yung di niyo masyado type. Try to get more additional discount aside from the regular discount they normally give. Try to extend warranty to 5 years. and lastly yung sa insurance make sure to get maximum coverage for third party, kasi sometimes mura pero maliit lang yung sa third party nila.

Just came back from my 15k pms sa diamond marcos highway. Confirmed with the SA that the new units have a different SCV na so I guess less na yung problems when it comes to this for the 2011 and up units.

Madami rin po mga taga south na strada club members so you won't have a problem and medyo active po sila.

Diffrence lang po ba nila ay fender flares and mags ? Then the rest parehas lang ? bale sa exterior and intirior looks lang

Exterior:

Dagdagan mo lang ng grey color fender flares (OEM, Carryboy, or Miggyboy), trade-in the old shoes sa casa (around P35K ata ang add-on) or look for someone with GLS/GLS Sport who has or is planning to upgrade their shoes (cheaper alternative), paint the foglight garnish to match the bodycolor, paint the lower front bumber garnish to silver color, & change the chrome emblem sa tailgate. Pero halatang GLX pa rin because of the fixed rear window (unless you change the entire rear window).

Interior:

Nothing much you can do except install black canvas seat covers. Pero halata talaga na GLX.
