malamang apektado benta ng condo ng ayala nito pag lumabas sa imbestigasyon na hindi terrorism ang sanhi.

Buhos is for the flooring. They still do that til now. Nagbago lang yung walling. From hallow blocks to prefab walls. Less weight. So the foundation is thinner din. Less expense for the contractor and a lot faster to build.

Itong si Mar Roxas nag set ng 10am press con about this blast only to say "we still don't know yet".
****** ina...kaya ka pinagtatawanan ni Negro kasi puro ka kapalpakan. Your the head of the DILG to
which the PNP is under your stupid nose, yet after 12 hours of investigative work, you still have no ****ing idea.
baka naman super lolo na stock lang sa unit.
In short, Mar & Abnoy was there last night only to be another USI as their presence did not produce any result.
O baka naman gumigimik kayong 2 sa BGC during the time of explosion kaya naki-usi na rin kayo.

Mr DILG secretary, just ask Korina at baka alam nya...

Serendra blast in Taguig City death toll still stands at 3 | Sun.Star

Roxas added that so far there is no indication that the blast was caused by a bomb. Police officials are still investigating the cause of the blast.

Roxas said they will give update of the investigation Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.

Hmmm . I hope they can find the cause and rectify it. I bought two units in serendra 2 though they are across the street in separate buildings . Rip to those who perished. And a speedy recovery to those who were injured.

Marami kasing ma-affect na SC at oligarchs pag Serendra yung explosion.

Id expect the DILG and Bureau of Fire to come up with another hare brained, knee jerk reaction to this with new rules/regulations without thought and consultation.

terrorists usually bomb crowded areas for maximum casualties... bus stations, public markets etc

why would a terrorist go to an apartment building, put a bomb inside a specific apartment? unless the terrorist really intended to kill the occupant/s of the specific apartment. which no longer makes him terrorist but a murderer. in which case why didnt the murderer just use a gun?

Yeah highly improbable that this is a terrorist attack . But thats a big gas explosion for the amount of damage it caused. The amount of kinetic energy needed to launch that slab that far to land on that truck must have been immense. Much more than what is stored in a single lpg tank.

In my opinion the prefab slab of concrete was probably the weakest link in the condo unit thats why it flew quite a distance from the condo.

Or maybe terrorists rented that unit to make bombs then they exploded by accident? Heard from the news that the unit was just being rented out for a few days only.

kung nakawelding nga lang sya sa frame, highly probable na yan talaga lilipad. RIP to the victims, if you look at it, di mo na talaga makikilalang delivery van eh.. akala ko nung unang tingin ko signage lang ng abenson na lumipad.
