FYI. Majority ng appraised value ng property will be based on lot, second is the location or market value, then dun na papasok ang cost of improvements. Total value divided by floor area yun yung value ng property.

July 14th, 2014 09:53 PM #534kung hindi ka naman maging maselan, meron nabilili na concrete blocks, normally nilalagay un sa pathways, pag nawala sa alignment iangat lan at ayusin un soil sa ilalim.

Masyado ata magastos at hassle magpa cement and tile ng lupa
I will just close off an area in our garage. Para at least patungan na lang ng new tiles. How much kaya magpa grill, tile and roof ng area na one car's length and width? Nagmukha ng tagpi tagpi bahay namin. Bakit naman kasi yung fat lab ko lahat ng makita kinakain

Depende pa rin sa materials na gagamitin.
Ano roofing? Apo brand ng roofing? O simple yero? O polycarbonate?
Ano klase cage? Chicken wires lang ba?
Gaano kakapal structural frame?
Kailangan specific para Ma-quote. Dimensions ng area para malaman workers, specialty skills like welder etc.
Edit: discuss this with your contractor para malaman lahat.Last edited by [archie]; July 15th, 2014 at 01:58 AM.

what's the dimensions of your garage? usually one car slot would be 2.5m x 5m (or 12.5sqm), with shorter carpark slot lengths (4m or less), a portion of your car would be exposed to the elements. In my experience, for that size, kaya yan in 2 days with a skilled mason. A day to prepare the surface, add gravel, rebars but not much - 10mm bars * 60cm apart. next day, tile layout na, give it a few days for the concrete to "cure" or harden before parking your car over it. Id recommend smaller tiles (30x30), a little bit of gloss would be great so that dirt wont stick plus easier to clean pa, and it gives you a little bit more "traction" as tile gaps are closer to each other.
A garage shouldnt cost much (unless you choose expensive tiles), the roof might cost you more especially if you go classy with polycarbonate roofing and steel frames/trellis style roofing.
and yes, choose a skilled mason.
hope this helps

Sobrang bilis lang yan gawin hinde na kailangan ng contractor, mag hire ka na lang ng tao, tapos ikaw na bumili ng materials.

Any more ideas on how I can use that space for my fat lab? I was thinking grills would be the cheapest option?
I can't use chicken wires or cheap plastic/wood accordion doors because my fat lab can destroy that (she's 96 lbs). Our grill door in the dirty kitchen where she stays dinudunggol niya kaya nag loose naI will just use normal roof, our current roof in that area looks transparent/glass and it's hot during mid day.
*walter, I love my dog so much, she's irreplaceableI already spent about that much in her 3 days of hospitalization so I am making sure that does not happen anymore.
