Is this the one you're flipping bro? If it's a new build may I suggest getting started on the permits and other prep as early as now. And maybe start construction this year so you can avoid the start of the rainy season come June next year. That way if ever there are delays at least hopefully you'll just be finishing the interior when the rains come.
