There should be a gap between top & concrete....use nothing less than Polyurethane Seal(not silicone). Preparation is key. Area should be clean of grease/dirt & dry prior to application. Sika, Bostik, even Pioneer now have em. Cure time must properly be observed. Liquid, i.e. Thompson's, won't likely work.

How much would it cost to change a pivoting door with a sliding door? Is this allowed in condos?

you should best check with condo administration, on what you may do and may not do, to your own unit.

That sounds generically large. Just part of a small team of tech/craftspeople who still share that sense of foolish idealism, sir. Today's industry bar has been set more towards commerce than Standards like it should've always remained....A rarity to see builders build like it were their own now.
Hope this helps to be understood better why I still shy away from CVTs.[emoji4]

Build and sell for the first time for me and my wife. Usually i just focus on rentables for capital gain and some cashflow. This will be the 1st one that i am buying just to flip. Its a 400sqm property beside my village. Will try to build a duplex.

Gonna keep my eyes glued on this thread for ideas.

Ano tawag sa ganitong turnilyo? Natanggal sa harang ng bunk bed. Papalitan ko sana ng mas malaki dahil nahugot na sa butas.

Self-drilling or self-tapping ang other term. Tek screw I suppose is a brand name.

the shadows suggest that the image is real.

    but sometimes,
things are not what they seem.

    sometimes,
non-fecal wastes are more easily and effectively rid off by flushing them down the toilet.
perhaps that toilet is not for the "usual human use".

    so kags,
what is the label of the picture where you got it from?

Tulo naman problema ngayon tag-ulan, ung lower roof ko halos walang incline, I know na hindi ito pwede sa asphalt shingles but I gambled kasi hirap makiusap dito sa developer to use other roofing materials. But I used bituminous membrane instead of felt paper, thing is, the contractor tinipid ako, binaon sa wall ung bitumen like a flashing tapos pinahiran ng plexibond. I would like to make wall flashing na yero as a last resort, i was thinking of sealing the corner between the concrete wall and the shingles with something like vulcaseal or better. But they say vulcaseal cracks eventually. Here are the seals I found at the local home depot.img_20201012_100000.jpgimg_20201012_100817.jpgimg-4bd9ec3ba4af750474de0e895983dcfc-v.jpgimg-d07d43bed297ea37c3664c6e082a3d11-v.jpg
