Tulo naman problema ngayon tag-ulan, ung lower roof ko halos walang incline, I know na hindi ito pwede sa asphalt shingles but I gambled kasi hirap makiusap dito sa developer to use other roofing materials. But I used bituminous membrane instead of felt paper, thing is, the contractor tinipid ako, binaon sa wall ung bitumen like a flashing tapos pinahiran ng plexibond. I would like to make wall flashing na yero as a last resort, i was thinking of sealing the corner between the concrete wall and the shingles with something like vulcaseal or better. But they say vulcaseal cracks eventually. Here are the seals I found at the local home depot.
