So many factors dictate cost. Terrain, architectural & structural design, material type & the abstracts....the builder's approach & experience. Search for a team who can build like it were their own. Trust is priceless.
Comb thru the details to consider cost of upkeep. A good design should be low in maintenance. It'll stay new longer, too.
