the lens is distorting the depth of field.
count his steps, as he walks the length of the driveway.

and as always, travel time will depend on where one works, and where one sleeps.

hindi ko pa napanuod yang youtube video pero kung usapang bahay eh if you have the land eh dapat malawak parking and yung main door ng bahay eh hindi dapat katabi ng garahe....

naiinis ako pag tabi pintuan bahay at kotse..... kulob eh.... na impede airflow....

    I find it really amazing.

I won't live in Antipolo/Cainta even if they paid me to. I once visited a friend in one of the villages along Ortigas Ave extension and it was a NIGHTMARE. It's traffic even on a Sunday. The area floods pa. I'm okay moving away from Makati but Southbound. I love driving at the Skyway and SLEX on a Sunday or Holiday

I don't like watching the townhouse, kahit gaano pa kalaki, hindi ko gusto yung gilid nakasagad na walang eskinita.

I'm surprised that he said 4 car garage. In my view it can fit 8 cars (2 side by side x 4). I would suppose a car with an 8 car garage that is proportioned to the house would have to be at least 600 sq m.

I told my Mom it was huge at 400+ sq meters and it still had the standard perimeter on the side, a lawn and backyard (not like some houses na sagaran). She insists it's just an illusion. I got asar pa at my Mom but she might be right?

yeah isn't it standard, no matter the size of the house that there are 2 entrance. Main door and kitchen. I'm trying to recall ALL the houses I have been to in my entire life and I don't know any house that only has one entrance.

This makes me feel claustro. I thought it was a townhouse or duplex. Kulob kasi yung left side ng house nakasagad, walang perimeter 0:03 - 0:24

I was surprised this is only 240 sq m!

there comes a certain age that one wants a smaller abode, ang hirap mag maintain ng big house...pag may family na ang anak namin at kami nalang ng wife ko, we'll just rent out our house and get a 30sqm condo like serin in tagaytay...we'll just eat out para di makalat

If you’re into condos..... here is a decent sized one in rockwell. Its in Kirov tower of the Proscenium development inside rockwell. All units in the tower are 3BR. Only 4 or 3 units per floor.

Uy Zandro Gonzales. No idea how I ended up with his videos before but since then I got hooked to watching his listings. Naaliw lang and minsan looking at how the newer designs look like and baka pwede apply sa akin since I live in an old condo.

The best part ng antipolo eh yung direcho lang from cubao-santolan-masinag-cogeo..... super straight and the best eh walang tollgate..... thats why i hate paranaque kasi pag labas mo ng bahay no choice kasi gera agad...

Yup, mas ok ang daan na cubao-satolan (marcos hwy) - masinag - (Sumulong hwy going to Antipolo proper). dadaanan mo overlooking dun (Cloud 9, Padi's Point etc).

If the C6 really materializes as planned also, that benefits the eastern corridor.

Thats the key isnt it? And its a big IF. C6 has to start construction soon. Right of way will always add years to the delays. Look at our NLEX SLEX connection....super delayed due to ROW.

But boy, if they do build the C6...the eastern corridor will bloom big time.

Yeah, it's a key plagued with a ton of ROW issues based on the plan (i'm trying to figure it out between Skyscrapercity posts, Google Maps, and the DPWH site). Seems to be more ROW issues than the NLEX - SLEX connection so if you bank on it, perhaps it's an investment your children or grandchildren will hopefully benefit from and appreciate in the future.

I knew some individuals who were invested in property in that area for quite some time (since the 70s, 80s up to the 90s) and their gains (realized through actual sale, or on property value increase) are quite substantial. This is because one could easily buy several hectares of property in the area back in those days, which then became urbanized.

My take is getting C6 fixed at least from SLEX/Bicutan/Taguig until Angono will also decongest C5 and Ortigas Extension big time too.

Palpak talaga mga build and sell ngayon.

This is in new manila at broadway avenue.

A functional sampayan eh minimum size dapat dalawa parking slot ang laki at the back of the house. For a family of 5 keribels yan. Pero much better if mas malawak pa.

And fabric conditioner is the worst invention for fabrics. Pero ibang topic na yan.

Bro Kagalingan, what planet are you from?

On another note, grabe ang tagal proceso ng pa approve ng house plans sa developer, I started submission of my initial plans last March, ngayon nasa final submission pa lang ako ng approved plans, 5 months pag may swerte!

And parking should be use to park cars. Not an extension of the sala or gawin laundry area. So sabi ko copy the old ways of building a house.

Its better to build your own.

May feedback ba kayo sa cast in place concrete technology vs sa tradional hollow blocks? Nag hahanap kasi kami ng house builder and nakita namin isang construction firm ganito method nila. Homelockers.com.ph
