Sir CVT, meron naman, kaso wala pang structure, getting ready pa lang to power a spray for termiticide and eventually for jobs requiring power. The houses being built around the subd are all using gensets, so I thought lang na baka di ka kabitan ng temporary service ng meralco kung wala ka pa sa finishing stage.
Sorry, newbie.
Bro.,- our last house construction was over 12 years ago... And IIRC, you can apply for a electricity line if you have the building permit....
Now, I wonder why the other house constructions are using genset....
Akala ko beach house or mountain house, bro,- dream house ko iyan e....
Enjoy the construction! Exciting days ahead!!!

How do I fix this kaya? Post no. 1 is already done with dowel in place, but I want to push the wall to the other side. Post no, 2 has yet to be built. How can I attach a chb wall to post no. 1 without dowel? The space in front is cramped at 1.2m, thus pushing the wall back would give me another 30 cm. Thanks!

Hindi kaya humina Ang poste sir max? I saw sa internet, they drill dowels, sa Hilti site ata

30x30 ang stirrups at 40x40 ang with concrete cover, medyo napalaki ata Sir Max for a 2 storey house with 85 sqm area per floor?

around 3 meters sir....

You can chip off were you can hook up your dowel on column and it will no affect the integrity of your column [emoji106]

I wonder how long exposed rebars underground will rust enough to do damage to footings and columns. There was an instance that I saw a misplaced dowel for tie beam, where it was not needed so I had it covered with concrete. Now I'm paranoid that there may be others that have just been buried without my knowledge.
