My boss stays in ayala alabang, yung house nya has a swimming pool and asked him how many times do they use the pool, told me less than 10x a year hehe.

Pool adds a nice view though especially in the evening.

A luxury that wastes water & space....both needs. Reality is...most home pools end up unused.

Meron sa min, may pool sa loob. Pero konti lang natira parking sa loob ng gate, ang nangyari sa labas madalas naka park yung iba nya sasakyan.

That's what I'm saying na dapat pag may pool malaki lot area, 1000 sq m and up para hindi sacrificed ang garden and parking

If properly maintained, one never need to replace the water in the pool. Yes may top up due to evaporation and water splashes. But mas maaksaya pa to water the plants the same area as the pool.

Im building a pool in my new house. And will use it...its heated (solar heating). Nothing nicer after a workout during a hot muggy day to take a plunge (of course outdoor rinse first)

Its an integral part of the build. Infinity edge pool with a view of the mountains

There is this funny ads from Indonesia or Malaysia. It's about a termite spray. It's like a foam that will attach to the termite but won't kill them immodestly. Hanggang makauwi sila sa nest nila and any other termite who touched them would be killed too.

I was wondering if anyone knows the generic name of that product or kung may same kind of product here in the Philippines?
