Sa mga howto videos na napanuod ko kasi yung Plexibond hinahalo dapat sa semento bago itapal sa pader. Yung ibang pang-waterproof din kailangan i-scrape off yung lumang paint bago i-apply. Eh itong pader namin kasi hindi kininis kaya parang mahirap yatang ma-scrape off ang lumang pintura. O kaya pa rin bang tanggalin ang pintura sa hindi makinis na wall para mapahiran ng pang-waterproof? Ano ang magandang gamiting pang waterproof?
Ano pa ang ibang paraan? Ang pintura kasi sa loob ng bahay nagkakaroon ng parang mapa. Akala namin sablay lang ang pagkakapintura pero recently may nakita kaming crack sa finishing na may tumutulong konting tubig pag matagal na umuulan.
Isa pang tanong should I be worried sa structural integrity ng pader na ito?

our newly-built house had a firewall that refused to stop leaking during not-light rains..
we tried everything.
finally, in disgust, dad applied flat galvanized sheets over much of the wall, from the outside.
that fixed it. until now, over 40 years na, it still hasn't leaked.
now where's my wood? i better knock on it...
heh heh.

that technology wasn't yet easily available locally, back in the day.
we made do with flat, non-corrugated GI sheets, the one traditionally used for kulahans back then.
parang linagyan namin ng vertical bubong yung firewall. from the top, to within a meter or two from the soil below.
