Thanks, I already have a quotation from 1 contractor, waiting for another one to make an ocular. Also went to a store selling countertop slabs, will have to checkout another. And yes, I did notice that kitchens are like memorials now, with whole slab splashboards and waterfall counters [emoji3]

I was wondering if anyone knows the generic name of that product or kung may same kind of product here in the Philippines?

Stainless is indeed cold but unequaled in practicality & durability. One can limit its application to vital sections like the counter/sink & combine w/ warmer, homier components.
Any kitchen will only be as good as its top. images-20-2-.jpg

Avoid repellent termicides...they're not as effective as the non-repellent foam. Attachment 44322

Marami nyan sa Lazada, like Termidor or Taurus SC, both filpronil. But I don't know if they come in foam spray form. Meron powder, which they use as bait. Same principle, lalakaran ng termites, at ita transmit sa kasama nila hanggang sa queen bee. Careful lang if you have pets.

Alphacypermethrin pala ang active ingredient ng Chaindrite, ginoogle ko. Permethrin ata commonly used insectide?

I used Termitrol just recently as a yearly treatment paikot sa house, may mga existing drill holes na sa cement flooring and much easier sa 3 sides na garden soil . . DIY

Dun sa new house construction na on-going, i have put up a 3/4 na pipe paikot sa perimeter na 1 ft below flooring so that i-pour na lang yung chemical.

Just took a quick glance at it's 1 page info sheet and saw 2.5% filpronil. At 3k per liter mahal sya compared to Taurus SC at 7k per gallon. Taurus SC contains 9.1% filpronil. I don't know if this is accurate because I didn't see the their complete detail sheet.

I’ve asked a few contractors/service provider who are doing the treatment, and this is mostly what they used.

Doing my yearly DIY since pandemic, saves me a lot.

I have not tried Taurus yet. Could be good alternative too.

There is this video I've watched na nag suggest wag isagad ang firewall sa property line for waterproofing maintenance in the future. Although yung 3 sides ng paggawa namin bahay walang mga katabi pa, maybe years or even decades pa siguro bago magka katabi, we have to set it back 600mm daw suggested. I'm just worried that Kung mag leave kami 600mm from property line baka yung future katabi eh mag encroach.

Kailangan ba may waterproof ang firewall kahit yard naman ang loob ng firewall?
