I wish. Halos one year na nga ko wala work and in a few months ubos na savings ko so I have to find a job soon.
dyan nga kami doc salungat ng ex kuya ko, kasi ang ex kuya ko maluho lifestyle and he wants me to have the same standard as his e hindi naman yan ang happiness ko. Sure, it would be nice to live in luxury pero mas importante sakin na nasa comfort zone ko ako

But at the end of the day empleyado pa rin yun.
Also if nasa maayos ka na corporate, mahirap rin pantayan ang income via freelancing.
I have a side gig business wala pa 1/10th ng sweldo ko. Mas sulit pa rin ifocus ko oras ko sa corporate. Pag nagplateau na pwede na magfocus more energy on side gigs but now best return of my time is still corporate.

sobra sobra work life balance ko sa previous job ko. It really helps that I love what I do so I don't really count the hours. Since my work is monthly reports, I am only busy one week in a month. The rest I could allot for my projects/initiatives
mga tambay sa kanto hindi nagpo problema sa pera. I don't know if that's supposed to be good or bad LOL
Pag dating sa real work i think GenZ will want an employer that offers remote / hybrid work
magiging demand yan ng GenZ jobseekers
old school companies that aren't flexible... those that require 5 days in the office... they'll have a hard time attracting young talent
mapipilitan sila gumaya
Exception rather than general rule yan imho.

Once i had experienced being part of the recruitment team…
may pagka racist sa MNC namin kasi yung top universities kahit entry level pa lang parang 2years exp na ang sahud as compared sa top student from ordinary university as entry level…

Ss first job ko doc may course na kahit fresh grad automatic manager (ME ng Ateneo) kaya long running joke sa office na mali kami ng course (as if naman papasa kami sa ME lol) It is really a controversial issue at work kasi dami nila na bypass kasi before one becomes a manager may 5 levels as staff then 2 (or 3) levels as AM
