Any basic carwash would do as long as you wash your car properly (i.e. two bucket method, et al..)

As for me I prefer to use Meguiars NXT Carwash - just based on my perception that it brings a deeper red shine [emoji23], but a pricey option. Being more practical, the Microtex carwash would do. I don’t like using “Wash n Wax” carwash since I find that it has a tendency to leave marks/ streaks if not dried immediately.

*BShark, I’ve been using random car shampoo brand in washing my car and my missus soul red M3. But lately she inquired if the car shampoo I’m using in her car is pH balance.....i was like [emoji15][emoji849]. Her rationale was if not pH bal the acidity of the shampoo will just strip off the wax. Well, who am i to argue......Hence right now I’m in the market looking for that pH bal car shampoo....hehehe.

Just sharing.

.....and can anyone further elucidate this?

Suggestion ko sir just have it ceramic coated. Then you don't need to wash with shampoo or wax. Just rinse and wipe.

Does anybody here use chamois for drying their 3 and follow it up with mf towel? saw a video by a pro on youtube where he only uses mf towel with some "hydration" liquid from AMMO. anybody here know where we can get that?

*techd, I’ve stopped using chamois from drying the painted portion but i use it to dry the glass parts. From previous experience in my old beaten ride, chamois, if not used with extra care, will cause fine scratches. I use MF in doing the drying.

Had my M3 ceramic coated a couple of weeks ago, I did not know that I can do the rinse and dry method without applying shampoo. Is this true? Will try this next time.
As of now still currently looking for the best chemicals I can use in cleaning the exterior and interior of my M3. Also did not know that they have that PH balance thingy about the shampoo [emoji15]

if you can rinse away visible dirt... and no dirt sticks on, then it should be ok if not, go rinseless wash.. its dirt magnet characteristics and mf towel character will keep scratching at a minimum

Hopefully it really does happen now. This has been a hot topic for years already 🤪. There was even a time that Mazda PH had promotional materials (a big wall) for Android Auto and MZD in an autofest earlier this year. [emoji14] Fingers crossed hahah
