All New 2017 Mazda 3

Mine is similar. While the fan speed is either at 1 or 2, all of a sudden it's going to to blow air at the maximum level for a second a two then go back to normal. It's never happened in the past (got the car back in Dec 2014) only recently. Experienced it 3 times so far.

Hmmm...mine has always been well-behaved.
The thing with modern auto electronics, everything is handled by the BCM, the brain. As with computers, glitches & gremlins can happen.
Let's hope it's nothing paranormal.

Touchscreen broken? How? Or MazdaConnect bricked. If the former, there are used 1s over ebay....

If bricked, have the dealership reboot & reflash. You shouldn't be spending anywhere near that quote.

Yup, mine is displayed it says Text Messages. Is your bluetooth on/paired?

Have you tried deleting the your phone from the infotainment (bluetooth) and then re-connecting/pairing it again?

I remember when you connect via bluetooth it asks you what phone features you want Mazda to connect to like Contacts, audio etc. Maybe once Contacts and or Messages is enabled it'll work.

I already delete my phone, them reconnect it again via bluetooth, still cant get sms to work, still disabled from menu

Last thing I can think of is going to your Communication Settings on the infotainment. Make sure the SMS/Text messaage boxes are checked.

You will need to use an ODB2 scanner to see the actual error. A check engine warning can be anything, e.g. O2 sensor malfunction, loose fuel cap, mass airflow sensor error, etc.

Best to bring you car to a nearby casa or ask someone with an ODB2 scanner to check the actual error.

A loose fuel cap can trigger the check engine warning. Make sure the fuel cap is properly closed by turning it clockwise with a couple of clicks. If the warning still persists, then you definitely need to use the ODB2 scanner.

Had it scanned this morning and they told me na may tubig daw na nahalo sa fuel.. they added mazda's deposit cleaner sa fuel and reset the system.

After that the error message is gone.. drove it for a few minutes and when i parked it and started it again after a few hours, the check engine warning is there again [emoji20]

Drain your fuel tank and replenish with fresh, clean fuel ...
