Which dealer is good on engine troubleshooting? Mazda sta rosa check my car for 2 days but they didnot fix the problem they want me to leave my car for another 2days that why i want to bring my car to other dealership.

Let's await guys on here re dealership service reviews. Anything under your passenger seat? Fastening bolts all tight? Try changing the backrest angle. Have had that backrest mechanism issue on another car(non-Mazda). Your rpm range looks normal.

Skyactivs won't require anything higher in octane rating than Shell Fuelsave. Using VPN or VPNR will provide no felt benefits.

This is indeed great news for those looking. The hobo3 was a lot of car for the money almost 6years back. Now, even better. There are some out there better than new, value & spec-wise. Had a few tempting offers I had to turn my back on.....The humble 1.5 has served us so loyally well...too well I couldn't imagine letting go.[emoji4]
Those searching, as good sir jut pointed, now is the time to kodo & Sky...Experience Mazda's take on premium, drive & value. They're gracefully aging. For a bit more than market, I've seen some really good ones go to deserving homes.
DJ 2s, BM/BN 3s, CX3s....Look into them used. These are all really good, reliable & fun vehicles.....NonCVT, too![emoji108][emoji106]

Hi. Blacked out head unit, Casa recommends replacement...costs an arm and a leg.[emoji1]

Any leads for a surplus or cheaper replacement? I was advised that only the PCM (which excludes the touch panel/monitor) needs replacement.

On audio upgrade, I already considered it but my problem is several configurations are via the Infotainment such as Vehicle Features (door locks, etc.) and replacing it would mean no access to them...or I may be wrong and still can be configured in other means?

I haven't started my 2014 Mazda 3 1.5 for ~5 days. I just started it awhile ago and felt strong shaking/vibration from the engine even when the A/C is off. Also the DSC warning is on.

Never had any such issue. Check the engine bay for rodent infestation. If clear, try unhooking the negative batt cable for a few minutes. This rules out any fluke faults. Should it run the same, have the code extracted for the huntdown.

DSC warning light is on - is an indicator of a fault. Sensor(speed? abs? not sure) , wire between sensor and ecu, or maybe a fuse.

Kinda odd, but misfires can sometimes trigger the DSC-off light. Seen this on Bimmers. Fix the misfire & everything goes back to normal.
