Yeah yeah i know! this is only 1.1L..but the thing is nabili ko ito using my own money and savings!! yesss!!! hehe..for me its a big accomplishment..this is my first time to buy a brand new car in my 19 years of existence wow! sarap pala ng feeling..ung lancer kasi binili ko sa daddy ko when they bought a brand new car way back 96. Still, my holy grail is an evo. syempre hanga parents ko!!! :D

im not bragging..im just proud.

Congrats, SunTzu! Hanga rin ako sa 'yo pare. Ang tiyaga mong hinintay at pinili 'yan kahit merong ibang choices Hyundai Getz, for instance, with all power features (except hatch lock) and very competitive price. Pareho tayo ng kulay, Scarlet Red din yung Picanto ko, hehehe.

Rodski, as you know, a bigger car (like your Carnival) would be a more comfortable car than a smaller car, to take to a long drive like going to Baguio. Still, kayang-kaya ng Picanto mo yung Baguio, if you want to try. Sigurado ako dyan. My passengers (wife and daughter) had no complaints about vehicle comfort whatsoever. Paano sanay na sa owner type jeep namin na matagtag, mainit at maingay hahaha. Madali pang i-park ang Picanto along crowded Baguio City streets. Be aware though of the vehicle number coding scheme in Baguio city which is the same as here in Metro Manila.

If you know of any dealer who sells Picanto ACU air cleaner please post it here. Signet Mandaluyong dont have stock of it yet.

Rodski and SunTzu and other Picanto owners, it would be very nice to see your wheels on the road! Several times already I met other Picanto drivers who either flashed their lights or sounded their horns at me, so I do the same.

Same here pag may nakasalubong na pica send a ping (flash) message. Tapos sasagot din ng ping. Hehehehe. Madami dito sa las pinas, Paranaque, Muntinlupa area.

Yung pinakabit kong power locks kasama ang rear hatch. So hindi na hassle pag inspection ng security guards as mall at office.

i think 415k yung manual ang 465k a/t. the diff. from introductory price is only the 14" wheels and the body colored bumpers.

Pareho tayo! Hahaha. I was 19 when bought my car last January. Medyo, hindi sya sariling pawis, yun nga lang. Instead of getting financing from the bank, I did it with my mom. She paid it in full, then I pay her monthly with interest. So parang ganon din. Nanay ko unforgiving. Hahaha. May DP din pala yun, I paid her 100T which entirely comes from my savings. Monthly naman, well, I'd just say my baon is more than enough so I manage to shell out 7T every month. :-)

I love my car, it's my new baby. Weird nga lang, nagfa-flash din ako sa mga nakakasalubong kong Picanto sa UP Diliman area when I go to school, kaya lang hindi sila sumasagot. Haha.

I still would. Wala akong problem sa car. Tipid sa gas, ok naman performance, hindi naman ako basta basta naiiwan ng kung ano anong kotse kase maliit yung power to weight ratio. Tapos pinalitan ko na rin yung cheap casette player na kasama when I bought it, so ok na sya para sa akin.

bro kung performance din lang pag-uusapan ok na ok ang picanto mlakas humatak mbilis tumakbo at mtipid pa sa gas sa NLEX at SLEX 140 kph takbo ko dyan e sa 140 kayang kaya pa pabutin ng 160 wala kang maririnig na nahihirapan na ang makina para ngang di cya umaandar kahit 140 na ang takbo ko kc sobrang tahimik ng makina. sa takbo ko na 140 kph 5 pa kami na nkasakay nun bukod pa ung mga karga ko.
