Hi everyone. Nakapagpalit na ba kayo ng battery? I had to change mine after 27 months of use. Mahirap maghanap outside of the dealership and when I found one, I ended up paying more than a much larger 3SM battery.

I bought a new battery several months ago from Motolite for my Pica - the same kind they use for the Honda Jazz & Civic - same specs as stock battery, kaya lang walang palikpik sa ilalim to securely mount the battery to the base. Solution? black plastic string tied around the battery, tied to the fuse box. Not that great looking, but it does the job, and it's a maintenance free battery din naman.

Guys, any idea on the resale value of the Picanto? Haven't seen any yet in the car lot of used car dealers.

For a while, some people were selling first-batch Picantos for quite a lot, because the price went up almost 200k, they were selling at the original 325k - 375k price... (andaya!) ...strangely, don't see many ads right now... will look.

[SIZE=3]Another dealer offered me the 2008 model with a low downpayment with a low monthly terms. [/SIZE]

it has new grills and plus the fact that you cant stop thinking about it..means you made the right choice.

with regards to resale, its better to buy a 2008 model in year 2007 than 2007 release in 2007...when january comes, lahat is based on 2008, so malaki baba ng resale value ng picanto if you get the 2007 released model.

I would get the 2008 faced lift edition. I want to sell my 2005 Picanto for the new edition.

What, Where did you ask for quotes? Dealer or Distributor. What is the Price of the new Picanto and its variants. The new picanto kasi comes in EPS - Electronic Power Steering.
