So nauubos din ang reserve ng water ... d ba dapat hindi? i'll be bringing it sa CASA to have it check.. I replaced the radiator cap kasi medyo malambot... I'll see what is the effect.

So far, 3 days of use.. Hindi naubos ang tubig sa reserve.. I have this theory, maybe when they replaced the alternator, the casa did not check properly the water level of my radiator since they need to remove one of the hose...

Where did you take your unit - which casa ? Wala pa naman ako sa first 5k check up but from back reading, looks like there are just a handful of reliable ones - Kia Pasay for instance. Kaya lang ang layo nito from where I stay (San Juan). Parang mas madaming casa na dapat iwasan kesa dun sa mga ok - am I correct or is it just me ?

For me, madali kausap yung mga taga Kia Pasay... And I'm not sure kung this will help, the parts center of columbia is just a few blocks away, kaya mabilis kumuha kapag warrantied parts.

Ang hindi lang maganda sa kia pasay, walang canteen for customers. May customer lounge pero tambayan lang...

Thanks Isuzoom, I took delivery of the unit last Tuesday. Kunwari pa ako di excited eh pero actually di ako masyado nakatulog the night before hehe. While driving it home, I really felt the softness of the ride as well as the solid build feel. Yun nga lang, may naririnig ako na parang may naka loose na bolt or part under the right passenger door. Medyo rinig sya pag dumaan sa lubak or edsa. Pag smooth ang road you cant hear it. Mahina lang pero andun. Brought it back to Kia Ortigas and test drove it with the sales agent. Wala sya marinig kasi umikot lang ng tendesitas and smooth road. But on the way back to our place, we passed by edsa and andun na naman ang sound - parang "tokolok" or "tok" pag dumadaan sa konting lubak. Anyway, told the sales agent that if I hear it again dadalin ko ulit so their mechanical guy can test it (wala kanina). Minor lang naman ito and mukhang bihira mangyari (malas ko lang ?) but overall, I am impressed with the ride (I drove it, then rode beside driver and then sat at the back) - all places are very comfortable - first night lang I took the family for a spin nakatulog na mga kids ko sa likod hehe. The best part is the driving pa rin - talagang meant to be driven din sya. So there's my initial experience - good luck with yours and it is a good decision !
Bernie.... how's your carnival? Good decision ba talaga? Have you read past thread that Kia will stop production in 2011 of Carnival? Naguguluhan na ako of what to buy....Carnival or Sorento...I think the price is not that far anymore

no comparison to innova. I used to own one until I sold it to buy the new carnival SWB .1. Larger engine, stronger and more responsive 2. Seats comfortably 8 persons 3. Solid and comfortable ride and 4. better interior 5. removable 2nd and 3rd row seats for , great flexiblility for cargo space 5. drives and rides like a car etc...

TRUE.... sold our 3 year old innova G too in exchange to the CARNIVAL lx lwb, its now on its 10th month old and im enjoying it inspite of its size!!!
shift using oil from KIA oil to CALTEX delo sport to VALVOLINE to ENOC vulcan.....
now prefered the ENOC VULCAN!!! ganda ng performance, super hatak and its cheaper!!!
