Papasok ako kaninang office....malapit na ako ng toll sa coastal ng me tumabi sa aking carens an silver, ikaw ba yun sir compo8?...ayos ride mo ah. 2 palang lagi ko nakikitang carens sa cavite, me isa pang urvan grey. hindi ko lang alam kung other than you meron pang ibang naka crdi na silver sa cavite na nadaan ng coastal....

Hopely lumabas narin sa akin....maybe next week..cherry black baby.

Hi Yagbolz. Hindi me yun, definitely another silver carens yun. Wala pa me license plate kaya di muna me naglalalabas ngayon. Hintay ko na lang muna yung plate. Hope to see you on the road when you get your carens. I always honk when I see another carens.

Sad to say, I was just informed today by the CASA that the price increase of the CARENS is just a price increase without modifications whatsoever with the car... Ouch!

^^That's is called INFLATION (the government tells us prices is rising, but they fail to tell us that money is depreciating instead) my friend, its everywhere not only in cars Kia must have had rising steel price get up their nerves and they have no choice but to give it to us to pay up for it...

I am sure ayaw naman nila mag raise ng price if they didn't needed to. But yun na nga maybe na profit squeeze na sila kaya ayan no choice but to raise prices. Now one wonders how this will stack up in people's minds with the "T" Innova in winning car money...

I think colombian lang nagpapa price increase, bakit ang kia sa america yun pa rin ang price nila. They are still one of the cheapest but reliable car brands.

Well sa US the cars are manufacture locally in the US while mga Kia dito imported pa yan and our taxes too are much more toxic than those in the US. SO we really can't compare local prices to US prices. This is not unqiue to Kia, its across all other brands too...

Dumadami na Carens nakikita ko on the road. Saw a blue one in Cubao (Araneta Center) Wednesday night. It looked so elegant and euro-like. I just love the red variant especially when the sun is so high up. Saw 2 last Sunday in NLEX.

Btw, may urban gray na sa Philippines? Cool.

Carens is C! magazines top compact mini van(8.5/10 rating ). Performance wise... aabot na mileage ko 15,000 bout it still feel like i just it from the casa, still feels like brand new. It is smooth, drives like a car. My personal top speed was 190k/hr while others reach 205k/hr. With regards to fc, my best was 22k/l highway but seldom lang because i tend to go fast, really fast. kaya medyo magastos ng kaunti.

Sir if you change your air filter to K&N, mas mag iimprove pa ang FC ninyo... Tumipid nga ako sa gasolina nung pinalitan ko yung sa sasakyan ko. Kahit nga ako nagtaka eh pero it really helps pala pag maganda at malinis ang mga air filters natin...

If it were true that it was Columbian and not Kia Motors which decided to hike prices, likely advertising budget is the reason for the increase.

Consumers wouldn't want to chalk up ~10% more from last month's price to "subsidize" advertising budget.

In this age and time, viral marketing through virtual communities such as tsikot.com, can more than speak for the brand. This thread affirms that.
