It's Official....i just got hold of my new carens...Yun nga lang i'm not satisfied with my unit, mayroon akong nakitang mga scratches....they told me they are going to re-schedule it for a touch-up.

But overall A+ parin...ang galing nya humatak....napansin kolang na parang makunsumo nga sya. anyway, it's just my 1st day....i'll post some pics later.

went to baguio a few days ago, mga 2-3 lang nakita ko.
pero sa marikina, nakakita ako dalawa ala pang mga plates. kanino kaya dito yon?

yeah, i had it change it * helix center when reached 10 thousand sa odo even when the manual says 15 thousnd pa next change oil. Maybe they are putting cheap oils that is why madaling umitim.What kind of oil do they put on yours? Sa akin, i am not sure but as i recall parang mobil 'ata. Anyway, I will check tommorow if ganoon din kaitim even if shell ang gamit ko because I'm already near my 15k odo reading.

CRDi ko, 3500kms pa lang maitim na. Plano ko pag nag PMS ako pili ako maayus na oil.

When i had my 5000kms pms, they use castrol diesel oil for my carens.

Pre, pag diesel mabilis talaga umitim ang langis. But it doesn'e mean pangit na ang langis mo. Normal yan sa mga diesel and nothing to worry about it. Kahit na fully synthetic ang gamitin ganyan din mangyayari. Basta gamit kalang ng orig na oil filter or equivalent.

To all carens who converted their steel rim to mags,may I ask what is dthe correct size will it be 15x6j, or 15x6.5j so that the warranty will not be voided.
this afternoon i went to sm centerpoint, I saw a black carens lx with converted chrome mags, I wonder if he is one of us.

If you will change to mags, might as well go to 16s or 17s. This will increase your ground clearance a bit. But if you decided to just use 15s, use the same width as the stock. But if you have a little more budget, keep the orig metal rims and buy the size you want. Just return the orig when going to service

Thanks very much. but if remembered correctly, it was stated in the manual that steering box should be change if converted to 16 inch mags
