    Nakuha ko na unit ko kaninang 5pm...Sa wakas makakapagrelax na rin ako. Tanggal ang lahat ng worries and excitement, tanggal din ang lagnat lolz. Ang lakas nga ng ulan kanina walng tirik hanggang sa umuwi ako kainis nga eh Glaciel White pa naman color ng unit ko.

    Hmm next plan ko road test muna bukas, im off to Tagaytay Highlands muna. Then shopping ng mga toiletries ek ek para sa bago kong toy etc.
    And im also thinking about the accessories that im going to put on my Maxxie!

    Talking about Sidestepboards dalawa pinagpipilian ko, Yun CB 554 Super Sports Side Stepboards ng Carryboy at yung Aero Type Sidestepboards sa Miggyboy na made in Thailand http://www.miggyboy.com/dmax.html#.. . I'm considering Aero Type Sidestep boardsfrom Thailand kc wala pa ko nakikita nun kahit san ako magpunta, saka nagagandahan ako tho' sa website ko lang cya nakita. Ano kaya pipiliin ko? Help me to choose naman please. Pareho ko sila gusto kc.

    Yun nga pala nabibili na plate number cover na fiberglass daw di ba acrylic lang yun? Pakitama po kung nagkakamali ako. Sa tingin ko kc acrylic lang. Kung acrylic lang yun di ko na kailangan bumili. Gawa na lang ako.
    Cge po maraming salamat sa inyong lahat!

    *st_omach: Congratulations, maam, on your truck! For sure you'll have a wonderful time driving it.

    I would still go for the Carryboy stepboard since it looks much better. I was also like you before looking endlessly in all those websites to look what accessories to put and I ended getting everything in Carryboy. If I were you, I would go to all those shops and canvass. With that, you could see them personally and you would have an easier time to decide.

    My choice would be this one: Side Stepbords ng DMax UK Version

    * new look
    * does not look flimsy-looks very sturdy
    * neatly tucks at the sides, very stylish
    * :thumbup:

    I find this one too plain: Aero Type Sidestepboards sa Miggyboy (Made In Thailand)

    Actually guys yan Sidestepboards UK Version, ako nauna designer nyan lolz.....Way back 1998 when i first got my Cavite locally assembled owner type jeep, yan mismo yun design and materials na ginamit ko. Yun nga lang eh sa rear stepbords or rear nudge guards ko inlagay. Lahat nga ng makakita di ko alam kung ano iniisip nila, ito lang kc talaga sa akin ang kakaiba aat walang katulad (post ko pic pag mytime ako). Much better kung may makukuha ako na alloy materials at kung makita ko sana ng malapitan yun original.

    Hmm di kaya nakita lang nila yun owner type jeep ko at sa akin lang sila nakakuha ng idea? Lolz..... hay wether it be Carryboy or UK Version bahala na. Pag nagka extra datung ako b4 year ends order ako UK Version or pasadya na lang ako ng pulido nun. Pag wala Carryboy na lang.

    Mabuhay and babu!

    the UK version looks nice, but since youre a ma'am I suggest you get flat stepboards. The problem with the tubular design with the rubbers is that at night time sometimes you cant see the rubber part and you step on the round part. Ouch, your foot will slide. Pag naka heels patay.

    Please post this in the classified ads section. It would be easier to sell it there.

    hi guys, nakapagpost na ako dito noon at nag inquire regarding DmaxLT, ngayon meron na ko DmaxLT, ito lang kasi kaya ng budget, glacial white color, despite base model lang ito, satisfied pa rin ako sa performance especially sa fuel consumption, nag average pa rin siya ng 12-14 km/liter, kinabitan ko pa nga ng 255/70R15 Falken na tire from the original niya na 215/70R15 Bridgestone, kailangan lang lagyan ng 1mm spacer para hindi sumayad sa stabilizer bar kung liliko, mas stable siya at hindi matagtag, ito kasing Falken tire ko galing sa previous TFR1995 Isuzu pickup ko at mga 10K Km pa lang ang life, gi-swap ko tire before ko binenta ang TFR, ok naman, almost 3K na odo ko ngayon sa DmaxLT, so far no problem, go ISUZU!

    I just wanna share. We went to Seven Corners restaurant in Crowne Plaza last night to have dinner. I parked in basement 3 and when I was about to trigger the alarm, it didn't want to work anymore. No matter how many times I pressed the remote, it just didn't want to trigger. There were also 2 other car owners who came out of their cars and maybe my alarm got confused because of the other frequency. I used the manual method of locking. We left around 11 pm and good thing it already worked when I used the remote in opening it.

    hi mga dmaxers... finally i got some pics sa Tornedo red Dmax ko. ask po sana ako assistance kung san ako makahanap ng procedure to picture upload.

    Sir rna 800. ganda po ng ride nyo.. Sir bakit kaya hindi nilagyan ng plastic cover yung Bolt ng front seat. sana kahit mag benta na lang sila ng plastic cober para dito.

    Share ko na rin yung experience ko about sa accessories, last week pumunta ako sa Banawe and amazed talaga ako sa prices ng mga accessories, its 30 to 40 percent cheaper than dito sa Cebu. Bumili ako ng Fender cover. Nakuha ko lang ng 3.5T, dito sa Cebu 6.5T kasi. The problem is, nung kinabit ko na dito sa Cebu, hindi sya Fit. parang intended ata to sa previous models... sayang

    Ask ko na rin po sana kung meron po sa inyo nag pakabit ng Backing sensor. Share nyo naman po kung san nyo kinabit. Gusto ko sana magpakabit, kaso napaka sayang na butasin yung very shiny stainless rear bumper.

    *romel.krypton: Sir, in order for you to attach photos here, you must first register in a photo hosting website which in my case, I used www.photobucket.com. Take pictures of you car and upload them in your PC. Once you have already them, upload it in that site then copy the link in box that says "Direct Link" and on the tsikot website, go to post reply and click the "Insert Image" button and paste it there.

    The difference in prices there as compared to here is perhaps due to the shipping and handling charges especially if those accessories will come from Manila too. Sir, what do you mean by fender cover? Could you please post a picture of it? You should've asked them if that would fit in the 08 Dmax. Or call them and ask them if you could return it since it didn't fit in your truck or maybe there are shops there who could make it fit.

    With regards to the covers of those screws, I sure hope that there will be a remedy for that since I find it unappealing too.

    The back up sensor, I tried to zoom the picture from auto-searchphilippines website and it looks like they put it in the plastic part beside the stainless. Here is the picture:

    I placed back up sensors of my dmax. Placed it in the plastic part. Been using it for almost 3 years. No problems so far just make sure na pulido yun gagawa.

    ^^ Have you tried asking your dealer to give you the covers? Your truck is brand new so they should provide all lacking components. These things happen.

    I removed mine kasi natatanggal whenever I clean my interior, not perfect fit kasi eh

    *x_jason_x: Where did you buy your sensors and what brand, if you could still recall?

    *st_omach: I just hope that there is a remedy for that... By the way, how's your truck doing so far, maam? Have you put any accessories in it already? Mileage?

    *Memphis Raines: I just don't have any idea what's their reason for not putting covers on those bolts. To make matters more interesting, they put a cover on one bolt, but they didn't put on the other one - this on on both front seats. It's so weird. Maybe if we put covers on those bolts, we'll end up removing it too since I feel that it will not be a perfect fit. The covers on the other bolts look fit though.
