Kaya nga, don't expect it to be a bestseller. If it can't eat current MS/Fort's market share, it will never happen knowing IPC, alam niyo naman mga units na dinadala nila.

hahaha, that's another POV nga naman. Less on the road mas maganda din minsan.

I wanted to buy CASH there & then and they have unit, pero dahil stubborn nga sila na even the LTO registration eh at buyers expense, grabe naman. Hindi na nga ako tumatawag or asking for discount but for them to even charge the registration that should be a standard FOC, insulto na sa buyer yun.
I will wait for next year January once the excise tax is reduced and their prices will significantly drop. And if ever by that time it's still MUX that i decide to buy, i'll **** them in their face.

Sir syuryuken...same case tyo. Was yearning to own that MUX but because of DI para lang daw mabigyan agad ay nagbago isip ko..AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS WAITING...bumili na alng ako ng GLSV..Mas mataas pa engine specs..at di naman huli sa features and accessories.
Mga Sir, please try Isuzu Batangas (Sto. Tomas), I went there last week to visit and test drive the unit. The SA who accommodated me did not ask for a DI and bank PO is okay. Once they have a copy of the bank PO, the SA will automatically reserve the unit for you.
Observation about the MU-X:
- Power is decent if not top notch but definitely not underpowered as claimed by others.
- Ride quality is good, went through several potholes but didn't matter as the suspension is quite good.
- AC is good, cold up to the 3rd row.
- 3rd Row seat is very spacious unlike other SUV.
Mas okay sana if it has 6 airbags instead of 2..
Ito pa.. may isa akong cliente naka kuha after a week. Eh ayun lang it shows na talagang oportunista sila. Sayang lang ang benta.
May kaibigan akong ahente ng isuzu. Believe it or not, lampas lampas sila sa quota ngayon kahit maraming lumilipat sa ibang brand. Demand exceeds supply now eh. But all of you are correct. Paglabas ng everest, no more DI na sana. Only advantage ng mu-x when available na ang big three ay presyo. May buyers padin yan, and will continue to rack up sales since sila na ang cheaper alternative.
Edit: and id like to add that its usually the GM or sales manager that allocates the units. I believe naman na kahit papano may shortage of supply padin so sales with DIs will be prioritized obviously. The dealership has a bigger cut on the DI than the agent. Best time to reserve or buy is at the end of the month, when the dealer is scrambling to meet the sales quota. Problema nga ngayon, sales are at an all time high. So nothing we can do as consumers, but wait for better competition from other brands. Malapit na yan!
i think either Isuzu Phils or the dealers lang naghiohold ng mga units at least here for Southern and NCR. Nasabi ko na dati and uptil now halos everyday me car carrier frm Bats to Calamba warehouse where you would see from SLEX extn ang hundreds of units there. Thats my everyday route to work kaya alam ko😀
when the new fort, monty & eve units are available for sale locally segurado mag taper down ang demand ng mux. let's see kung oobra pa ang DI system ng dealership.
May be the sales quota is because of the sale on DMAX & Crosswind na meron silang promo at trucks, nothing to do with MUX as their number on the streets are not yet significant while their unit in the stock yard ain't dwindling.
All units coming from Thailand. Read it in Motion cars ( if i'm not mistaken on the New Fortuner article) & a very reliable industry guy told me about it. Excise tax cut from 30% down to 5% so some models can go less than 200K i was informed.
Transmission fluid ba talaga o engine oil/fluid? 1.5k palang tinakbo mo then change oil na ang transmission...
1st pms lng yan dapat which is change engine oil at oil filter ang ginawa. Bakit pati transmission fluid pinaltan?
