Idiot naman ng casa mechanic na yan, tranny oil change isnt even suppose to be done at 1st pms or even 20k that they insist on. I suggest you send a formal complaint against the SA and the Mechanic detailing their actions.
I hope you took photos of the leak and the oil level indicator. It would be better if there was a video. Post this on Facebook too. They ought to be punished.
Oo nga sir, ang naisip kasi namin mas may alam sila since they were trained to work on specific models talaga. Plus yung parts and filters siyempre genuine (though I've read somewhere nga na yung iba pinapalitan, tapos kung di ko pa nga nakita eh mineral oil lang yung ialalgay samin)
Isa pa nga po yun na we weren't really briefed about the warranty, ang alam lang namin pag hindi ka nagpa PMS void agad. Pero if hindi nga po nagpa PMS, would that automatically void the whole warranty including electronics or sa engine lang? Or depende din sa CASA/Brand?
Depende rin sa SA/dealer pag ecu nasira sometimes pinapalitan nila under warranty. Usually mga meron connections madali lng yan. Havent seen any ecu issues with the dmax/mux.
Btw LancerA174A
Magkano na total mo sa maintenance? Naka 5 pms ka na diba? 1k 5k 10k 15k 19k
My SA: "ano sir meron na ba tayo napa warranty"?
Me: wala pa eh.
I love my SA. He will make sure my warranty claims are met ☺
Good relationship with SA - secret to happy car maintenance.

I wasn't able to find the other receipts but what I have now is from 5K, 15K and 20K Km PMS. 4k + 5.5k + 15k then sabihin na natin 5k average ng iba, nasa 34,500 na. Pricey compared sa nilabas na Infographic ng Nissan about sa fuel and maintenance costs ng X-Trail.
Mabait naman po SA namin, we didn't have to wait that long to get a unit last September even though we didn't opt for financing.
Case to case yung mavoid warranty pag hindi nagpapms. The thing is, may excuse silang ideny ka.
Btw, this is the one we're using since 1.5K Km, made in Thailand pala, not Chevron na local as said by the service adviser.
Hi!
Just an idea Sir... The user's manual says 65 liters ang fuel tank. I drove for 15km before filling up; 60 liters ikinarga sagad to the brim, i.e. beyond the auto shutoff ng fuel pump nila.
Thank you sir.
- fuel alarm light
- blinking bar
- no bar
Alin kaya dun yung nag-i-indicate na reserved fuel na yung ginagamit?
For those MUX owners na, ano po ba ang problem/issue na expereince nyo sa MUX kung meron man ?
Thanks for sharing. On the casa maintenance cost, my SA told me that owner can actually just choose what they want from the recommended list thus minimizing the price to which i believe should be the case in any casa brand. I've done the same for my other cars under warranty. Pad wala na sa warranty period, never i go back to the casa.
I wonder why dealership don't provide discount or other freebies until now. Even LTO registration which should be a standard freebie they still charge. Their reason is because brand new model. How could it be brand new model when it's almost a year already when it was introduced and when you drive it out of the casa, it has 70+ to 100+ of kilometers in the odo cause they drive it from Batangas to the dealership., so that in reality is 2nd hand unit being sold as brand new. They have que sa order and if this is so, why do they have inventory at their own stockyard? Something is terribly wrong with Isuzu dealership.
[QUOTE=SPO10Kaloy;2583313]Totally agree. Kaya ayun, good thing i changed my mind in getting the MU-X. Gustong gusto ko pa naman siya talaga. At isa pa yung D.I. na yan.
iba na kasi ang strategy ngayon. meron maraming test drives inalok sa buyers. plus they always provide the media driving experience going as far as baguio or ilocos. computer reset Lang ang gagawin after all. don't expect a brand new init, always check and test before accepting a unit. yung iba, dumaan na. sa tubig na halos Putik. semi flooded... Kaya babalik pa sa isuzu headquarters for check up
