Na try ko narin yang Italian tuneup na yan. Gagaan talaga ang takbo and clears up the smoke from the tailpipes

This holiday also gave me the opportunity to use our GS more often but not as much as I want it to be

Going to Baguio toward the end of the month. Considering a side trip to Manaoag on the way to Baguio via Marcos. This will be the farther the GS will go, and since I have no idea of how the roads are, it's back to stock 16s for me. Hehehe!
Anyhow, I'm at 14,000 kms. Should I have the GS serviced before the Baguio trip? For reference, last PMS (10t kms) was done around July last year with Zic FS RV oil. Surely it'll just make the 15,000 kms when I get back, which is when I really am planning to dump the oil despite it being FS and supposedly good for 10t kms. I'm usually a mileage based guy, but then it's not usually to places farther than Tagaytay. What I am planning to do prior to the trip if not PMS, is to go to my trusted Caltex station and to have them do a once-over and just check for things that do need replacing before I go. Watchutink?
I was also at a crossroads yesterday. What if I sold both the stock 16s and the 18s to get a traded in 17" set, and use the proceeds for some future maintenance expense? This idea eventually promptly shot itself by early afternoon when I found out that 17" tires for the GS would potentially cost about P9K each, brand new (can 17" users confirm?). As there are not that many 17" sizes going around, it might well have to be a brand new purchase. This sucks coz my 18s are P7.6K each brand new, with some China alternatives for the city drive at about half that. Hehehe!
They managed to get that "green plate" for the Ertiga, and I heard/seen news that they're pushing...
