Yup, the belt, too. But in this case, doc, it's replacement of the tensioner. There is no manual adjustment for the serpentine belt tension, spring loaded assembly na siya. Non-repairable, too. Oem part was p1500 a pop in banawe way back in 2010 when i had to change one on my then grx. It is still the same part number afaik. Actually it is interchangeable with the tensioner on a santa fe engine.
Pag kumalampag yung tensioner then nadamay na lang siya. It will be some other bearing that has low/lost lubrication and the tensioner is just reacting to the added tension. Pag yan nangyari almost all bearings the serpentine belt passes need to be changed.
