Thanks for the info, mukha kasing euro model yung gamit ng hari.
Isang double contact P21/5W at isang single na may 21W.
So im assuming na 5w lang yung park light and 21w yung brake light.

Bro. I was following another Grand Starex tonight, from the looks, the 4 single contact bulbs are 21W each.

When you convert the 4 bulbs to double contacts. Then park light would be 5W each and brake lights would be (21+5)=26W each..

Eto na naman po, do i wait 5 effing years before i convert from single contact to double contacts? Before i convert headlights to projector hid/led? Add back up lights as the oem lights are too small?

Nagtanong na ako di daw pwede buy sa labas then kabit nila.

I guess the best way to go is to convert the lower sockets to double contact and upgrade to P21/5W led bulbs.

Yes, who can forget the "meep! meep!" horn of the starex.

Hoping to get it tomorrow. Latest daw wednesday. I haven't decided on the tint though. And if i get the puny 9 inch roof monitor costing 13k!!! Taena 9.5k nga may 15.6 inch ka na sa labas e. For the same 13k i can even get a 17 inch! Di pwede ang head rest monitors, pag inikot ko ang 2nd row at nilatagan ng matress yung gitna di na magamit ang head rest monitors matatakipan na.

Warranty doc. Though i've voided warranties just weeks after vehicle release before because my diy hands can't be kept in check for very long.


Speaking of, recommended ba ang egr blanking sa euro5 na gs? i still have a spare egr blanking plate from last time hahaha!

Euro5 na pala yan akala ko Euro4 lang.

Napatunog ko din finally yung meep meep horn ng alarm. Was parked in Shangrila basement parking, opened the door using the key. Ayun nag-alarm. Hahaha

I always advice against car owners who are considering having their EGR’s blanked. Besides being bad for the environment there is also a potential to have a CEL.

Autofold na ang side mirrors, pero black plastic pa din. Body color with led repeaters is a 10k upgrade.
May stability control na.
Standard na ang rear parking sensors.
Yung lines ng rear camera hindi nagtu-turn, diretso lang siya (but this rear cam is an upgrade bundled with the android hu.)
Standard na ang rear spoiler with 3rd brake light and underview mirror. The old GL did not have this.
Lamig ng aircon.
Lambot pa din ng suspension, something which i missed.

Wala na yung led mood lighting sa interrior na red/green/blue/amber. White na lang.
Wala na yung light sa glove compartment (i think there used to be, please correct me if there is none in the old gl models.)
Nawala na yung lumbar support adjustment sa driver's seat.
Nawala na din yung tray under the front passenger seat.

Layout ng euro5 engine parang naiba dun sa euro2 na gs dati.

Yun! Kanina nga nagkakabit ako ng dash cam while waiting sa school may 2 nang kumatok penge daw barya.

Isa pa i always park very close to the sidewalk pag nasa school. Takaw sabit ang stepboard.

Does anybody remember how to turn on the speed activated auto door lock?

Just bought side mirror anti-theft protectors for P1600. Mahirap na baka maisahan na naman.


Edit: wala nga pala procedure sa casa lang pwede pa-activate yung door locks.

Ang isang kinainis ko sa omissions ni HARI eh yung second cigarette lighter plug sa ibaba. After nag one year si GS, nagkabit kaagad ako plus sa likod din.

Still looking for a Hyundai casa where i can have that speed lock activated.

Pag napalitan ko na sir will try to post pic. Ang hirap alisin yung bulb ng facelifted headlight. Meron cw arrow na may "LOCK" pero ayaw naman umikot ccw.
