Ano kaya problema ng Grand Starex ko,
Walang problema sa shifting pero yung paahon kanina sa starbucks sa Tagaytay kaya naman pero i tried it via sportronic na 1st gear lang pero kahit anong apak ko sa accelerator it won't reach 2000 rpm. What could be a problem [emoji848]

Not sure but if I were you I would go for a proper scan that includes transmission. Could be a transmission solenoid problem.

Kung mausok baka clogged yung cat. Yung EGR minsan kahit bagong linis nasastuck sa open position pag luma na. Pwede rin barado air filter.

Bro, I looked at the manual, and maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me, but no mention of the bulb types only the bulb wattages - wtf!

I hope that Red-1 rating is true.

Plan to use this petron atf maybe 20-25k kms just to be safe.
So how's your auto-shifting after the atf change bro? So yours is VGT 5-speed AT and required ~10L of ATF....

About 3000kms used I feel ok sya (shang parking, quick nlex/slex run, talisay road, . But not "parang bago ulit"
Shifting is good, kahit yun tiptronic pero
Parang mas makapit pa luma factory fill atf at nga yun manual fill ng top1 super atf na dextron IIIH. Ginawa ko flushing for 500kms.

Has anyone here bought (or scrutinized) the facelifted gs yet? Not the totl 8-seat model but the gl or gold with the same interior as the old vgt gs. The 2.088M one. Is this still exactly the same as the old vgt gs swivel seats sans the new nose? I was at hyundai q.ave. this morning but the wife called me to hurry up so i was not able to ask there. Euro5 na? With urea or without?

Kids are complaining everest is tight, they miss the space of the gs.

    At hyundai north edsa...

Nawala na yung power outlet sa likod.

Your choice of pms schedule, 5000km/3mos wit SS oil or 10000km/6mos with FS oil.

    No urea.

Only 3 colors, white, black, and hypermetallic (gray). Gray looks nice.

New design 16 inch mags. Pero looks like pahirapan pa din linisin especially in front. Oh well, there's always the baby bottle brush.

They are still offering the old grill, hood and head lamps. Malaki lang discount so abot ng 80k less than the facelifted model.

I was able to haggle for a free android hu with navi plus additional 25k discount over the 100k on the swivel seat unit (GL facelifted). Still not decided, isip pa more...

Here's what I have based on my records:

HL Low Beam - H7 - replaced with Philips Xtreme Power
HL High Beam - H1 - replaced with yellow bulb
    Foglamps - H27 (880) - replaced with yellow bulb

Iyan lang kasi ang mga pinalitan ko earlier so may 1 set of backup bulbs ako for each....

Well the Philips Xtreme Power bulbs got busted this week, so I needed to replace them....

Oo nga, and goodbye to the everest club hahaha!

Though I enjoyed the everest, since I am not going regularly to the farm anymore (trees are well established) no need for me to have a 4x4. Mag mountain bike na lang ako from the nearest town exercise pa . Pero the real reason of course is my whole family missed the space and comfort of the gs. Benta ko na eve, buy the gs, then later buy a 2nd hand 4x4 vitara as a coding car.

Mild shift shock on 2nd and 3rd gear. Also ito nga lang nanakawan ako ng side mirror nainis ako ng todo na lagi may lumalabas na error pag start, yun pala loose connection lang ng light ng cross traffic alert dun sa mirror. Technology sometimes is not all good.

I'm having 2nd/3rd/4th thoughts on a new unit. Parang di worth it yung 700k difference between a new facelifted GL unit and a 2nd hand 2016 Gold with low mileage. Is a new nose worth 700k?
