It's a real head turner. I've only seen it once on the road though. I wish I could see one in White

I like the rear and the overall shape. But at the end of the day it's just a Civic. For the same price as the 1.5T, a CUV will still be a more respectable car.

I'm waiting for more of it on the road to see if it's more of a headturner than the Mazda 3. Baka kasi rare kaya napapatingin pa ko.

I checked Honda's site and the cheapest is 1.088 M pala And Honda isn't generous with discounts diba?

Somehow I find the thought of spending over P1M on a sedan difficult. Up to P999k is acceptable for me If only money weren't an issue. Haha.

Drove it the other day (the RS version). Am very impressed. Its not as fast as the Golf GTi or WRX but its no slouch. I could imagine myself having fun in this on a daily basis. The tranny logic in manual mode is very good. Paddles are actually useful and responsive. Build quality is great at this price range.

I love the fantastic hi res headunit that is linked to the gauges in front of you (even the navigation is linked). I like the headlights as well. Really high tech looking . Legroom for me was good and sound insulation was good.

Fun fun car.


And because its a turbo.....its easy to tune and get a couple more ponies. 200hp should be easily attainable.

Yes sir plan ko talaga magpa glass coating but then naisip ko na sayang yung natutunan ko kay sir scarnhorst sa pag alaga ng paint. Kaya ako na lang muna mag mamaintain for at least a year, then kapag napagod na, saka ko papa coating hehehe

Saw a dark Civic early dawn today after exiting the MCX tollgate. Couldn't tell if it was black or the burguny pearl because it was still dark. I spotted him in my center mirror, thought it was an Accord. But my oh my, those LED headlights, they look awesome! It went past me and I tried tailing it but could not keep up. He was quick under the tunnel and I was pushing the car real hard and all I can see is the C shaped tail lights. My wife was with me. She exclaimed, now I want that Civic for my next car. I will give up my plan on the CX5 for the RS Turbo! I was able to get near it going down the Alabang flyover as cars begin to slow down. There was the new Elantra, a Mazda 3 (red), an Altis in a crowd of SUVs. Now I know why it was voted the North American car of the year. This 10th gen Civic is a Civic worth owning again. It just stands out, period! The fast back design really works for me. Told my wife, lets sell the FD for a second hand CRV so you get to drive it and ill drive the new Civic hey, i can dream, cant i?

How's the suspension? Is it stiff? Or is it more like composed yet not soft?

Probably trunk door yan ...insulation/ cover wala sa 1.8e pero sa RS parang meron, klaro yung dumi ng saken parang nasama sa rustproofing, pinabayaan ko nalng.
