As of now pang 5 day palang sa akin yun unit, city driving sir naglalaro between 9kml to 11kml naka econ on, tomorow sir ill try for long drive econ mode, and also naka econ off for next week both city at highways.

Test driven the non-turbo variant, I'm already okay with it, considering we were 5 adults inside along edsa. Power, for me, is sufficient for my requirements. I wanted to test its ride as a passenger but unfortunately there were no available driver during that day, but as per my wife, ride is very comfortable. It's also pretty quiet inside, it's just quite dark inside the cabin you really have to turn on the cabin lights. I was hoping that there will be no DI for cash transactions, the agent I spoke with is quite new I think but pretty much accommodating and truthful compared to the one I spoke with at OTIS. 1-2 months waiting time upon reservation. One gripe 'though is the chrome grill, I prefer the black one.

^^^ AFAIK, Honda sales agents get fixed salary, they are not paid by sales volume. You can have the chrome grill foiled.

Sa 17km everyday drive ko sir point a to b, the last 3 trip ko based on the trip meter nasa 10.2kml, 10.4kml, and 12.2kml. Full stop and go is also factor i guess in our area i got 11 stops which is full stop with traffic lights hinde pa kasama may pedxing areas,schools etc. right now i got 12kml basta i limit to up to 1.8rpm max eco on for city. Average speed in 1trip nde ko makita as of now nag rereset ata na sa odo back to 0 pag off ko. I got 9kml 1trip parang sinubukan ko yung sport mode then back to drive. Anyway break in parin to anything pwedeng magbago ang fc after pms.

nope.. its not because of the tires... yung insulation ang problema.. i have the mazda 3 for 1 month, rinig yung parang hangin sa loob especially sa freeway..

Light to medium sir average speed per trip 22-ish+ or less 30kph ifnasa 18-19kmh average per trip i got 9kml (city).

Edsa is brutal, you have to consider also desiel variant or any 3cyl gas if your concern is fc.

Yes sir, i guess econ will restrict the ecu power of engine and it minimise the fan of a/c of the new civic. What i notice is both highways and city gives a extra mileage on econ simply because it limits your engine power and its ac system. I notice lag on econ when overtaking, uphill, still i prefer both use on and off of econ depends to what situation in my driving conditions.

Previous econ systems i guess is AT or CVT but not the newer earthdreams CVT which is more fuel efficient.

Anybody here who's looking for a unit 1.8E SILVER MODULO? My agent told me that my supposed to be unit will be arriving sooner than I expected as against to what she told me that unit will be arriving in 1-2 months, which would give me ample time to dispose my altis. Unfortunately for me, fortunately for those who have ready cash already.

PM me for those who are interested so that I can refer you to my agent, until such time na dumating yung unit and I still haven't dispose my altis yet.

what i noticed was, with ECON ON, RPM doesnt ramp up that high or doesn't hold a high RPM before changing gears. It's like a reverse of sports mode.

Maybe they should change it to "L" mode for making the car in a lame state. hehehehe

Eco mode will not be a welcome thing for people who demand a bit of performance for their daily-driven cars. For the more sporty cars, why would you want it to be put into a lame state? A stallion needs to run and letting it trod lamely defeats the purpose of its existence.
