    Tested this an hour ago.

Below is my subjective list of pros and cons

    Pros:
    projector type lamps
    ECO mode
    Ample legroom
Has an i-drive ripoff (this is a good thing, yes) - shows ipod album, door ajar, camera view, clock, trip, outside temp
    Back up cam
Ample view when turning (the area usually blocked off after the side mirror now has glass, which means you can see more when turning)
    Cruise control
    Ipod integration
    Bluetooth
    Power fold mirrors
Japan CBU - demo unit was thai CBU, our local units to be sold are Japan ones

    Cons:
Halogen lamps as opposed to HID
No paddle shift / No manual shifter
Rear windshield visibility is poor, can't see much
Beige cloth interior, they could have done better since it costs more than a million
    Manual levelling for headlamps
comes only in 1 variant, 1.8 exi
16 inch rims, I think the previous gen had 17's right? kindly correct me if I'm wrong
    No climate control
    Trunk space is small
Single cd audio unit, will not matter much to those who have ipod

I was able to talk with their regional manager a while ago. He mentioned that the 2.0 should have them. No price point for the 2.0 yet though. I am guessing around 1.25M.

By the way, the test unit has paddle shifters (thai CBU).

Malamang sa 2.0 meron na HID, paddle shifter, 17" rims (same as the TOTL FD, yung 1.8 FD naka 16" din), auto climate control.

IMHO manual headlight control is enough, mabuti nang meron kesa wala. Hehe. Pwede na rin yung single CD HU. I have cars with multiple in dash CD changer pero useless din.

Masyado lang mahal yung 1.8 EXi. Siguro dahil CBU from Japan.

Yung 2.0 siguro EX-L yung variant code hehe..

hmm bakit ganyan princing ng civic sa PH?...actually mas cheaper yung new CIVIC kesa sa FD nung time na lumabas sya sa market
    dito sa AU

mga aroud $3k and ibinaba ng price with the same variant....

The top of the line sports cost around 30k for the new civic, pero yung FD sports nasa $33K last 2009
