    Reviews in the US have been disappointing to say the least. Trying not to be biased, I honestly feel the FD 8th gen to be better in many aspects.

    rumor has it; the 9th gen will have an immediate mmf for 2013 models. dealers in the US want more aggressive looking civics.

    I don't think na bebenta na kasing dami ng FD. Sa dami ng choices ngaun sa market tulad ng Elantra at Chevy Cruze. Overpriced din kasi ang Civic. Sabi ng Honda Kal, sa February daw may lalabas na 400 units dito sa philippines straight from Japan. Kasama na din ung facelifted na City.

    I wonder if the 8th gen will ever make it to the Philippines? Honda may just opt to wait for the 9th-gen and skip the 8th altogether.

    the 8th gen civic has been in circulation for several years now. you will see that everywhere in manila. i guess you want to imply skipping the 9th gen towards 10th? my apologies for being frank, it will not happen! never ever.

    Honda's Reworked Civic to Arrive by End of 2012 (The Torque Report)

    A facelift is due by end of 2012 in the US. We should get by the 2nd half of 2013.

    Will the Civic arriving here from Japan be sporting the USDM look, seeing that there is no longer a JDM civic.

    If the news is true and reliable, then the only reason why anyone should be snapping these up come March is bec. they are made in japan and not thai.

    hi, saw a feature of 2012 cars in the manila bulletin motoring section today, the picture of the civic there is the euro version which looks better than the USDM Civic. Is this a hint that this is the unit they will release here?
