it's the driver.
sometime back, UV xpresses made of FX units were driven the same way...

the pick-up's rear bumper is apparently made of sterner stuff than the bumpers of many modern cars.
also, just seeing the front picture... the pick up's rear bumper is so high, it hit the defenseless front hood, instead of the car's bumper.
walang sira yung front ng white pick up? i have to see it. the video does not dwell on its front end kasi. hindi masiyasat...

unless it can be proven that the pick up backed off,
it's the grey/silver vehicle's fault.

Wala pong heavy lifting nangyari at the time of the accident. The UB was placed in position since 16 Oct.

Napihit yung crane kasi lilipat ng site nung tumagilid at tinamaan si UB causing it to fall. Whether or not is was locked into position is another story [TBD].

Also, the crane involved in the accident is not being used for UB lifting but for the pre-fab deck slabs.
