    QC Novaliches. Google Maps is being funky right now but from the info on the original FB post and when I looked at street view in Google Maps this was taken from atop the pedestrian overpass at Jollibee Kingspoint Sauyo.

    How do you prove your innocence when you get hit by a motorcycle from the side?

    Muntik na akong maaksidente kahapon dahil may isang motorcycle na mabilis ang takbo sa may commonwealth (Pearl drive) banda. Mabilis ata takbo dahil wala naman siya sa side mirror ko noong tumingin ako. Bunti na lang po naitigil niya ang motor niya.

    Paano po ba mapprove na wala kang kasalanan dito? Sumignal naman ako at hindi ito yung 1 second signal tapos turn agad. Dash cam ko ay sa unahan lang. Paano kung walang cctv sa lugar na yun?

    you can only tell the truth as you saw it.

    Agree on this one. Pray that the investigating officer is somehow mentally capable for the job at hand, hindi yung tatamad-tamad at kakapihan na lang yung naka-motor. Yun ang hassle dyan. Kawawa ka.

    Pero as long as you are in the right lane, stop where you are whent he hit occurs. That's is one proof you have, that you are in the proper lane.

    there are usually three versions.
    your version, the other motorist's version, and the true version.
    it sometimes takes an outsider's point of view, to determine the true version.

    The motorcycle being fast isn't the only possibility. He could have been in the blind spot and car driver just did not notice.
    This happens quite often with motorcycles because they are narrow, and with our local driving norms they are often filtering between lanes which puts them squarely in the blind spot.

    sa side ang tama mo and most likely sa front ang tama ng motor, kung hindi kamote yung imbestigador malaki ang tsansa na manalo ka sa kaso based on (science) actual evidence, imho
