    In fairness sa Rapide, they also need to operate at a profit. That's part of doing business. The only thing that is unacceptable is profiting to much which is not fair.

    If they want to do a promo, it must be a win-win situation. Fair on both the customers and Rapide themselves. They have to be very very competitive and align themselves not to the casa (because hindi naman sila casa) but to the ordinary car repair shop.

    and operating for a profit at the expense of it's employee's hard earned work is something I find very unacceptable and unethical.

    How bout Free Oil Change Certificates. That will help increase traffic to your stores.
