Just got ours 2.3 ecoboost.. city driving, manila,edsa quezon city traffic... it ave. 4.5km per liter.... heavy traffic bumper to bumper..

Claimed ng casa 8km per li. Daw.. pwede siguro pag may laban si pacquiao.. he he

I don't think magagawa ito sa labas since they have to program it with the system ng kotse. What i have experience is dun sa everest ko, key with immobilizer. Bought the key sa casa for 5K i think, then pinatabas ko sa labas yung key for 500 then balik sa casa for programming the immobilizer another 2K.

I happen to drop by Ford Alabang this afternoon and got reminded of your concern. When i inquired about it, total cost is P7,135 including programing. Yung mechanical key for door ikaw na magpapatabas sa labas.

SO guys and fellow owners, malapit na ang 4 year anniversary ng unit namin.

4 years have passed and the smell of foul exhaust odor and AC odor still persists even 2 glade sports plus 2 odor absorbers at samahan pa ng uling ang nakalagay ko sa unit. Mas maaamoy ninyo ang foul odor ng AC sa rear passenger vents. Smells like rubber hose na hindi mawala wala.

Ang masama nito, even mga 2015-2016 units are still affected. Akala ko pa naman aayusin na ng FORD and wala pa rin pala. Nasa US Federal Court na ang labanan ngayon ng 600,000 units owners sa US.

Warning to all future buyers. Out of warranty na ako and sumuko na rin ang Ford Alabang to fix the problem. Ang sabi ng Ford Alabang, wala na rin silang magawa since nagawa na nila lahat ng TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) for my unit.

There is a step by step guide on how to program your FOB Key. FOB key must be supplied by CASA nga lang.

So far walang masamang amoy at 10KKm. Except for one time na tumakbo ako above 140Kph. Normally, hindi ako umaabot sa ganyan kabilis kahit sa Expressways.

yun previous gen Ford Explorer ko never din nagkaamoy ng ganyan even the dual aircon rear.

never ako nakelam sa auto-climate ng Ford. kung default hindi naka-reciruculate, allow ko yun like 3-5 minutes. di ba le na kung nasa pig farm ka. eh kailangan yun kasi eh.

wala naman amoy car ko 11 years na.

hi guys. can you point me to a shop where i can buy the locking metal parts for the battery terminals? nilinis ko kasi battery dahil corroded yung terminals di ko napansin nalaglag pala yung trapezoid shaped metal locking part nya yung upper. thank you

I have a 2012 Ford Explorer. After PMS and a trip to Batangas, I had it filled up full tank. The next day, it experienced hard start and low power(mahina batak). There was also an "engine" indicator in the dash board. The Casa isolated the problem to the Fuel Injection Pump and recommended replacement. Na re-repair pa ba yung Fuel Injection Pump? Nasubukan ko na yung 200ml Injector cleaner, walang effect.

Yeah, it seems that this issue exists for our 5th Gen Explorers. I've been driving my Ford Explorer 2013 2.0 Ecoboost for 3 years already and ngayon ko lang na experience yung exhaust odor when I tried to speed up ng 160 sa SCTEX. Nawala naman kagad yung smell after ko magbagal. Never tried to bring it sa Ford Casa since mukang wala tlga sila permanent fix for this issue.

I went to Speedyfix several months ago and yung Explorer ni Migs (owner) na-experience din daw itong amoy exhaust mag bumibirit.
