Gusto ko sana bumili ng second hand Explorer na 2012 totoo ba issue sa ang transmission ng mga Ford ? Sobrang bilis kase bumaba ng Value kaya nanghihinayang ako bumili noon ngayon may nakikita ako 800k to 900k na lang.

Di kasama sa DCT tranny issue yung Explorer. Para sa mga maliit na kotse lang ng Ford yun.

mataas pa yan 750k. kung malalaman nyo lang kalbaryo namin sa Ford Explorer 2005. Though it was valued at 2.4M when it was given to us, it was given to us as company car. hihi

inattempt namin benta yan ng 1.5M after 3 years no takers, then 1M then 800K then 500k then 400k, ngaun 300K maswerte ka na kung may isang nagtanong sa isang buwan. so I decided to keep the car na lang hihi.

wag na kayo mag-aspire pa bumile ng mga 2nd hand explorers, it's literally throwing your money sa garbage. Ford CASA doesnt give a sh!t even if you own one of their expensive models, sitting duck kayo.

free lang naman explorer ko, hand me down so I just use once in a while para lang maka-feel naman ng V6 roar. pero to get another one in the future, para ako tao hinde naglelearn ng mistake of the past and tao mahilig mag repeat ng history.

tapos dadag nyo pa excise tax increase sa 2019, 4.50, sa 2020 6.50. sows, dun pa lang kahit ano gas suv whether CRV, RAV4, CX5, ASX wag nyo na bilhen kasi parang ipapasa nyo lang kalabaryo ng exisiing owner sa inyo. tago nyo na lang pera nyo, ipon na lang kayo pambile ng Isuzu or Terra or Montero

Thank you for your advise. Kawawa din mga owner bibili nila ng halos 2m, Tapos Ilang years lang ganyan persyo lang nila. Maibebenta. Kaya. Gusto ko rin makuha ng sobrang baba panigurado wala. Ng benthan pag naka bili ako. At isa. Pang bababa kase lilipat na ang taon mag depreciate na ang value nito. [emoji111]️ Pero compared sa previous gen ng explorer mas matagal bumaba ang value ngayon.

If buying used, 590-600k is a big difference. The trims and features maybe mostly the same and you get the same amount of space. Both are FWD models anyway but the 2.3L Ecoboost offers more power and torque.

my wife company service is the 2014 3.5L V, i think it has 2 or 4 driver seat settings, i cant remember. na drive ko lang in few occassions, no time to tinker with it while i was home. she does use the divers door keypad to lock/unlock.

It has 3 memory settings for the driver, and I did use the keypad code a couple of times when I left the keys somewhere.

On another note, anyone here experience problems with the steering wheel adjustment motor? My steering wheel can still go up/down but there's a grinding sound when I try front/back adjustments. The casa just quoted P97k to have it fixed - by having the whole steering assembly replaced!!! anyone know where I can get a (much) better deal?

you might wanna try that monford guy on facebook. his shop repairs ford only cars and as per his reviews, he seems legit

*stanley ... Try Mon Ford or Auto City on Facebook. Auto City is in Makati / Pasay area, not sure ... Some say their price is almost same as dealer but they are good ... Mon Ford is probably cheaper but farther away, somewhere near Taytay, Rizal(?) ...
