To rid of the priming issue, di ba pwede i-prime na lang lagi yung oil pump every change oil? Or masyado inconvenient to do so?

Does it have some sort of nipple or cap of sorts so you can pour oil in? The idea is good but obviously their implementation is crap.

Now, the Golden question, is the new Ranger/Everest also equipped with this stupid "feature"?

️Sir hp... A better oil sensor would prevent further damage...

Same engine Lang Yan... Fossil I don't think you have to worry about that... It's a mechanical failure and sensor failure... That can happen on all kinds of engines.l and brand--- Kaya nga din may lumabas na bulletin or advice to prevent this.. And ilan ranger na ba Ang nabenta?

"I rebuild these engines day in day out. ford for some reason have changed the oil pump from the ultra reliable gear pump to a sliding vane type pump, the ones where engine failure occurs is usually in pieces internally ,it seems that the sliding vanes in the pump simply break up and boom, no oil pressure. The problem isn't with ford, the oil pumps have been supplied by citroen/Peugeot as there are citroen and Peugeot logos on the casing but no fomoco label." - Ford Technician
GOT THIS FROM FORD TRANSIT FORUM SO IT SEEMS KAHIT OK ANG OIL PRESSURE SENSOR IT WILL BE TOO LATE KASI BUMIGAY NA AGAD YUNG OIL PUMP.

First 4 PMS ko pa naman I requested the technician to drain the oil first and to wait 'til everything that has to be done was performed so the last thing he should do is pour engine oil and start the engine to check for possible leaks sa drain plug at oil filter. My last oil change was in my garage i let the oil drain for overnight para ma-drain mabuti, good thing walang nangyari but next time i won't do it again.

Dba? Ayun nga ang purpose ng oil warning.. To warn us na low oil pressure or no oil.. Etc.. Tama po ba?

Then syempre kung makita NATIn na may alarm.. Hindi na natin gagamitin.. Ma prevent ngayon ang any major or futher damage..

4pm to 11am to be exact naka-tanggal din oil filter...don't worry glenn siguro sa ginawa nating pag gamit sa ranger natin safe to say na walang problem ito now that we have reached 50K+ na mileage.

Yes ang usual practice ko pa is i-suction yung remaining used oil sa drain plug using syringe with bent hose para masaid ng mabuti yung old oil.

Ganyan din AKO 2 years ago, kaya NGa ranger binile ko... Up to the extent that I even bought another bnew vehicle na there's no known major issue.. Worrh 1.8M--- then what I did, I drove my ranger Hard dinadala ko pa sa trail, na literal na tumatalon YuNg pickup sa mgA lubak... Then Derederecho sa lubak... I can feel that the suspension is sumasagad na.. Then no cool down... Now after 50,000 kms. It still drives like Brandnew...

You know what I regret in buying? The other vehicle...

Question Lang-- Ilan tao ba nagpagtanugan mo? And do they really own a ford ranger? Baka naman Toyota o Mitsubishi sasakyan nila?

Baka naman you are asking the wrong people?

Punta ka ford ranger group, club or team...

30mins naman dun ang max time of patulo iirc. kaya siguro okay pa sayo. Kasi 30mins nga. So puwede pa. I'm sure hindi lang 30mins yan, pero sigurista na ford sa advisory for sure kaya ginawang 30mins.
