    Sa mga out of warranty you might want to bring an extra hose lalo na kung madalas kayo mag long drive, anyway madali lang naman palitan flat screwdriver lang needed to remove 2 clamps mahirap din kasi ma-stranded or maging worst ang sira kapag pinilit i-drive ng malayo.
    Thanks for sharing. That's the same turbo hose my friend had to replace. Good thing your dealer included it in warranty.

    You're welcome, ang hassle kasi kung bumigay hose tapos may heavy load ka much more kung kasama family on your way to vacation...nakaka-stress lalo na kung di ka aware na yun ang sira kasi yung sa akin binalot ko ng insulation including from air cleaner para ma-protect pero it seems may defect yung hose after intercooler kasi around an inch and a half lang yung crack tinanggal pa nila insulation para mahanap yun kasi lumabas na sira sa diagnostic equipment nila.

    AFAIK included na din sa 3k... Maybe you can get cheaper pa nga sa mga muffler shop..

    Turbo from intercooler naman ang importante... At dun mataas ang pressure... Imo dapat naman kasi talaga Stainless steel pipe na yun...

    Yung blown turbo hose also happens sa Ibang brands like Toyota or Mitsubishi... But not all vehicles experience blown turbo hose...

    Kaya minsan wag Tayo masyado paranoid na pag nag overtake, pataas, gabi etc eh maaring sumabog intercooler hose natin.... Tayo Lang ang gumagawa ng sarile Natin ikakatakot... Regular PMS will do... Or better yet, replace it with an aluminum pipe....

    I'm not being paranoid, and regular PMS won't give assurance na di ka masisiraan sa daan kasi it happened to me eh yan pa naman ang pinaka-hate ko... if you examine the hose you won't even think na magkaka-crack kasi visually in good condition pa kaya hindi regular wear and tear, besides the servicing dealers have a standard excuse na when the time they checked your car everything is in good condition... tama naman kasi no one will know kung kailan masisira except the ones that are obvious.

    I'm sharing this para sa mga gaya ko na who wants to avoid masiraan sa kalye and thanks for the advice to replace it with stainless pipe that's the best thing to do to avoid the problem.

    It goes the same with all vehicle brands din kasi.. Blown turbo hose... The best Lang talaga to do is replaced it with stainless steel pipe... May nakita ako sa fb.. Na seller Tara lets palit tayo... Sabay na tayo para may ka kwentuhan din ako... He he...

    From robinsons galleria, go straight towards Antipolo by taking Ortigas Avenue. Then you will pass by Medical city, Ever Gotesco, Robinsons Cainta, Junction (stoplight) and then two shell stations. After the 2nd shell station, to your right, you will see Valley Fair Town Center na, which is also in Google map or Waze.

    gm, balitaan mo nga ako kung meron sila for the 3.2 model, maganda nga palitan ng pipe both the hose from turbo to intercooler and intercooler to engine. i will be asking ford if they will allow to replace the turbo hose with a pipe on the everest para yan ang first mod na gagawin ko. super hassle maputukan nyan kasi.

    Yung 1st time bearing, may oil leak na daw. 2nd time same din but worse, madidinig na kumakalampag na yung turbine pag shut down ng engine, same sound ng electric fan na tumatama ang blades sa guard. The 3rd time totally disintegrated yung compressor blades and the pieces from it damaged the intercooler.

    4th, 5th and 6th were all turbo hoses. Either the clamps got loose or hose was blown. Di na nasira yung turbo. they said they installed a new gen 3.5 turbo and different nga ang part number. but paying for towing from subic to qc and ruining a whole 3 day weekend was just the last straw.

    Exactly what I was pointing out... I can relate, this is a very disappointing experience from a relatively new vehicle.

    So far naka 50T kms na wala naman hopefully wag na magka-problem kasi I'm trying my best to take care of it. Pero yung magka-problema sa daan with other somewhat older cars medyo marami-rami na rin naman enough para madala at matuto. Hehehe...kaya nakaka-stress lalo na kung bago bago pa tapos naka-tingin sayo other motorist saying to themselves na mabuti na lang hindi yun ang binili ko. I'm not saying this to a particular brand but in general...talagang nakaka-asar magka-trouble sa daan lalo na kung regular naman pa-PMS mo... gumastos ka na na-asar ka pa.

    Just to add, my ranger 2012 xlt is now experiencing turbo problems at 20tkms. Proper cool down observed but still. Ford diagnosed, no turbo hose leaks, no intercooler leaks. Build ford tough ba? LOL. To add to this, the rusting injectors or whatever you call it (well doesnt really affect performance) due to wiper cowl design.

    Anyway, for those who want to change to stainless intercooler pipes, search ninyo Insane 4x4 sa facebook. They made custom made one for my friends Isuzu Dmax last month. Good workmanship. They also do full exhaust.

    Alam mo sir Ganyan din Ako Dati... Kung ano ano pumapasok Sa isip ko.. Hangang sa bumile pa NGa Ako ng trailblzer, because of my paranoia na masisiraan ako sa kalsada... Kaya binugbog ko t6 ko para lumabas agad and turbo problem na yan... There was even a time I hit 180kph... Regular ko kinakargahan ng more than 600kg na load... Derederecho sa lubak... Na ban pa ako sa fcp-- And That was 1k kms.. Ago.. Imagine..? Then now 49k kms... Wala naman palang problema... Pero now mag 50k kms. Na din kasi.. Kaya I might as well replaced my intercooler hoses pero baka wag na din muna... I'll just bring with me duct tape.. Para kung sakaling may problemA Hose.. Tapalan ko nalang... Para makita ko kung gaano ba tAlaga katagal tatagal turbo...

    Maliban sa regular PMS, Every oil change naglalagay din Pala ako ng pertua additive...
