Currently using this Valvoline Blue 15w/40 that I ordered from a shop here in Baguio. Paid 3,300 for the pail containing 18 liters which is good for two change oils on my 4M41 Strada. Is this Valvoline Blue oil better than Delo 400? Delo is readily available compared to the Valvoline Blue that took one month to arrive after placing the order. Valvoline Blue is cheaper than the Delo 400.

They are about the same the only thing that matters is they both carry the Cummings rating

They both carry the same ratings so the will be for extended oil change intervals, the big C on the bottle is a winner everytime. Ace sells this for 199p a liter.

Delo 400 is better but the price difference and the fact that you don't change oil more than 10,000kms mean that you're current oil is sufficient to provide all the protection you need.

Based on specs alone, DELO 400 is looking better.

Delo Gold Ultra (which really good as well) kasi katapat niyang Valvoline all fleet premium. But at P183.33 nga kasi pail yung binibili niya, mas mura siya ng mga P20-30.00

You might want to check with berrimma diessel for some of my fine filters soon, sorry no 4m40 filters in stock yet.
