August 26th, 2011 05:31 PM #1423Hi Dieseldude. I got my mutant green rover with the leaking injection pump yesterday and used it today. Good as new! Practically zero smoke and I will check out my mileage by next week. really happy with it. Makes me want to have my 4d56 done too.

September 1st, 2011 11:40 AM #1425sir dieseldude, good day po! i'm from leyte province and i have a 2004 crosswind xuv 4ja1 engine , patulong po sana ako regarding with my engine problem, napalinis and na pa check ko na po yung mga injectors, aircon system and alternator ok naman po. ang problema po kasi naka andar na po ang makina at na ka on ang aircon and nasa normal level na ang temperature kahit nasa normal rpm ang idling nag wild ang makina. pero kung naka off ang aircon, ok naman ang andar ng makina. may problema na po ba ang injection pump ko? may idea po ba kayo kung magkano ang gastos sa magpa calibrate? saan po ang recommended nyo na shop na maka pag papabalik sa original setting ng injection pump? i've heard na magaling daw po ang malabon diesel shop, ok po ba? sana po matulongan nyo ako. thanks in advance and God bless.

Good day Sir DD,
Problem here: Isuzu Elf truck 4GG1 NA engine. No hard starts. Practically no smoking on idle but smokes a little "off white" on highway runs especially on acceleration. Sluggish power on acceleration producing that kind of smoke.
One specialist quoted P20k on calibration. A good price? I really don't know for now.

Baka mali lang ang adjustment ng idle-up device. Itinataas nito ang idle rpm pag on ng aircon compressor para hindi bumagsak ang idle rpm, at para rin hindi patayin ang engine. Malakas ang engine shake kung masyado mababa ang rpm.
may idea po ba kayo kung magkano ang gastos sa magpa calibrate? 8 - 12K
saan po ang recommended nyo na shop na maka pag papabalik sa original setting ng injection pump? I will PM you.

Oops. Sorry sir. 4HG1. had a talk with the driver-operator recently. the unusual smoking and sluggish power occured after filling-up with diesel. drained the fuel filter-separator. still there is white smoke. I suspect a water contamination problem with the fuel station. will fill up again another batch of diesel and see what happens.
no previous work done on the vehicle except the regular oil and filters(oil, air, fuel) replacement. it was a surplus unit and running for 2 years now. the problem occured last week.

September 1st, 2011 06:11 PM #1430sir dieseldude, kung inilalagay yung rpm 750 na may load na aircon which is ito naman ang naka lagay na normal idling, yun na nag wawala na ang engine. pero kung ibinababa naman sa 650 na may load na aircon hindi na nagwa wild. pero pag walang load na aircon ok at ang ganda ng andar ng makina patri ang hatak ok.. salamat po sa reply nyo kanina. sana po matulungan nyo ako.
