indonesia's gonna be manufacturing the wuling mini EV locally. we got left behind in ICE cars w/ the exodus of local assemblers. we'll be eating electric dust again in the EV revolution![]()
full EV is just not viable. hybrids are the way to go with the current crisis by brandon...
Families/People with more than 1 car are ready to go full EV.
kasi palagi nating naiisip yung walang charging point sa destination natin. pero kung aalis ka ng house na full ang gas mo, mag top-up ka ba ng gas bago umuwi ng house?
(My personal opinion)
1. wallet natin ang di pa ready sa EVs. masakit pa pakawalan si 1.8M for a BYD Dolphin
- kahit sa SG/HK, since mas mahal to book an EV Grab/Uber, nauuwi ako sa mas murang Grab/Uber options.
2. di pa tayo ready to buy a 2M+ car from a new brand (BYD, Weltmeister etc.)
3. too much reliance on PMS outside the casa (again wallet related). di naman natin pwede dalhin kay kuya mechanic si Nissan Leaf.
yes. Wuling is there... pero technically, wala pa
we all want to own the new all new Civic/Fortuner etc. Pero we don't want to be the first guy who buys a Weltmeister.
Kahit sa office namin, iisa naka Chinese car. Everyone is asking him kung paano ito or magkano PMS. pero in the end, a lot of guys end up with the usual brands.
Ganyan din subd namin nung first time na may unang naguwi ng A/T... ang bulungan ng mga tito, paano kung masira
Power windows - paano mo isasara yung bintana kapag wala nang bat?
Power lock - paano kung sira and iniwan mo yung car na di pala naka-lock![]()
if wuling can provide 8yrs warranty on their battery, then thats a game changer...
Kaya ganito maganda future usapang electric
think 1000years ahead
