we have a getz. get the facelifted version para euro-look. it's cute bro. puwede din sa'yo yan. plus there is a special covered comparment sa back kung dadalhin mo mac or videocam or dslr mo.








btw, *charriolkid, ilang years ba yan multimedia design na yan? parang gusto kumuha ah. may pre-requisite ba? may BS degree nako sa Lasalle eh. or meron ba similar course ba na pang-graduate school nyan? yun sa RCBC daw, dun daw graduate school? multimedia design/arts is 3 years and two terms.. trimestral system. and that is if you dont fail any core subjects which is HIGHLY unlikely.. since we have course-mates who are on their 4th and 5th Year.. hirap kasi ang vidprod, fotogra at 3d animation e LOL.. Plus may web programming pa. (eew.) AB ang degree pag Multimedia Design.. sa grad school? wala e. but if you have a BS degree na at La Salle, pwde ka mag apply for MMA(arts) kasi credit as many yung mga subjects as long as nasa flowchart ng MMA.. they also offer certificate courses sa graphic, adobe, foto subjects etc ata.. CSB doesnt have a grad school. your building is going to be the one along taft... OR dun sa SDA Bldh (aka "The Airport") which is being constructed along Vito Cruz... due daw sa December... nakita mo na ba yun? super laki and all glass... 14 floors!.. whoa. LOL. pra siyang airport hahaha. tas merong "floating" theater.. kaya floating kasi naka-usli sa ere yung seats ng theatre tas glass yung ilalim.. haneeeepp! LOLOLOL

main bldg ng benilde is yung nsa tapat ng mcdo. LOL. actually wala na atang main bdg kasi lahat interconnected na.. the new SDA bldg is 500 meters away from the main campus.. the SDA bldg holds the arts and design courses of benilde. Actually, rumor has it that the SDA will stand as a school of it's own, and wont carry the Benilde name anymore. its gonna be the first design school in the country, De La Salle School of Design and Arts.

The Vitara's beauty comes from the fact that it was designed without regard much for beauty. Sort of like the beauty that an M16 rifle or an F14 Tomcat exudes. It's an acquired taste. If you can't appreciate it's mechanical/technical side and the fact that it can do things you never though were possible with a compact sport ute, then its probably not for you.

On a side note, do Sentra shocks really cost Php14k for a set of 4? One of our friends from the other board asked me earlier today. Baka daw i-Cruvenize na niya kung ganun talaga ang price. Buti na lang Php1,450/pr lang ang shocks ng Vitara. hehehe.

my classmate owns a vitara.. masarap sakyan.. but it just doesnt work too much for me, kasi d ko type exterior and interior nya.. very plain and "too boxy".. altho 4x4. hehehe :-)

Hindi naman po sosyal. Practical lang. Mas mura pa ang parts nito kaysa sa mga choices mo. Yung shocks ko kapresyo din ng sa Vitara and yung makina is virtually the same as the engine used in the pampasadang mega-Taxi and pang-deliver na L300 FB's.

An oil change costs around Php1,500.00 every 5,000kms. Plus a few service items here and there. Diesel is cheaper than gasoline and 7km/L up in the urban cycle is not bad.

Only thing I don't like is it's kinda slow and theft-prone (you can't just park it anywhere like what I do with the Vitara).

There are numerous iterations of a 'baby Pajero'.
*There is the 3 door full size Pajero (same as the local Pajero except for having less doors.
*There is the Pajero Sport (aka Montero Sport locally)
*There is the Pajero iO with 3 or 5 door version
*There is the Pajero Jr.
*There is also a Pajero Mini

All of them are different vehicles which have virtually nothing in common except for the 'Pajero' name. Most of them are ex-Japanese converted to LHD (not exactly a good choice if you do not want to get mechanically involved).

Sa utol ni commander iyon. Driver nila ako. hehehe. I also facilitate repair and maintenance.

Purchased based on looks (subjective) and because mas mura ang Kia and mas maganda ang payment schemes na quoted ng BPI C3 compared to its cousin, the Getz. Though if you can afford the price difference, I'd suggest the Getz.

I guess the unique color had something to do with it, too. A funky shade of green (honestly, kulay sipon siya para sa akin):


So far ang nilagay pa lang namin ay:

*EWD (reflectorized triangles)
*First aid kit
*Deflector plate covers

charriolkid: my brother-in-law is selling their lancer gsr year 99. mababa pa mileage, nasa 45k lang ata. i think they are selling it for 250k lang pero medyo may mga scratches sa door. madali naman paayos yun. otherwise, the car is in excellent condition since it's seldom used. let me know if you are interested.

ok, will do.. as of now kasi im still rooting for a brand new one. cute nga yung facelifted na getz... pero la pa ko nakikita sa personal.. puro older variants lang.. what i dont like bout the getz is yung likod nya... i havent seen the rear of the 2006, pero ayoko nung rear nung luma. hmpness.

^Oh kaaayeee. someone seems to have an issue. First of all, my mom says that all the time. So i think i'm in the "better" position to know when "the right time" is. My parents (which doesnt include you) have been planning to get a sedan even from the get go..
