i can't wait for the arrival of electric cars. just a single-ratio. no need to screw around w/ complicated multi-ratio transmissions![]()
Si MVP may tesla sedan kaso never ko pa nakita umandar. One time nakita ko sa valleverde kaso transported via flatbed.
matipid talaga cvt......nagdrive ako madaling-araw around banawe pag 30kph eh = 12kpL
pag 45kph = 14kpL
next time itry ko 60kph.
pero pag tumatagal hinahanap katawan ko movement... love ko pa din manual....sarap kumambyo eh...
I have seen a Tesla shuffling around the Glorietta area a few months back.
Back to topic, I have gotten used to AT cars already as I have been driving such cars for a long time now (since 2002). I don't mind getting an MT car, like maybe a WRX MT. If I do find myself getting a sporty ride, I would opt for a dual-clutch tranny.
For me its the other way around. I find it very boring on long drives na walang ginagawa ang, labas nun eh aantukin ako I know dahil I usually travel from agusan to davao and back. So I prefer MT on long drives. But pag dating ko na sa city at na abutan ng rush hour, dyan ko na hahanapin ang convenience ng AT lalo na pag 1st & 2nd gear lang ang kambyohan at dami pa half clutch. namamanhind na minsan paa ko hahaha.

If you do mainly city driving and you live in Manila, you would want to have an automatic transmission. If you out of town a lot, then a manual transmission is definitely an enjoyable choice![]()
Drove our Hiace last Friday kasi dumating tita ko from US and experienced a hellish traffic with M/T. I don't like to do it again! Hahaha
Kaya kinabukasan yung Grand Starex ko na ginamit ko
