M/T for long rides since hindi ka mabobore at makaktulog. A/T for city specially on traffic mangangawit paa mo sa clutch pedal kapag m/t

IMO, long rides are stressful, the lesser body function the better especially on winding mountain roads. you dont shift often on long straight roads anyway. and CVT's and the ECU gives you better FC than MT's nowadays.
