Any recommended Dual Action polisher na entry level, mura, at noob friendly?

Matagal nako nag dedetail pero hesitant talaga ako sa DA, dibali nang pagod basta diko makaskas/masunog base coat ko hehe.

Marami na option sa Lazada or Shopee, pero diko pa alam ano yung universal pag dating sa pads, para atleast sa pads ako mag invest.

best tip: read the 1st 10-12 posts of this thread by sir scharnhorst and you will learn a lot about car detailing.

huwag ka matakot sa DA at hindi basta2x makaskas/masunog ang paint dahil nag-oscillate o umiikot in elliptical pattern. kung matagal ka na nagpolish by hand then its the right time for you to level up and use a polisher. check out reflections car care as mentioned earlier, maraming polisher si sir ginnova. shinemate yata yung pinaka-affordable.

Yup sulit yung sub 10k na shinemate, complete with 6 pads.

I guess swak na to partner sa Hybrid Solutions Polish and Wax as AIO.

I also took my time to browse tsikot forum pero parang wala pong thread ng tutorial ng polishing. or baka hindi ko lang nakita?

decided na akong mag polish para mataggal ung clay marks
baka ang gamitin ko nalang is meguiars ultimate polish as advised. maghahanap palang ako ng pwedeng polishing pad.
puro pang machine ung nsa reflections car care website so baka sa ace nalang muna ako mag hanap

Nangyari din kasi sa akin after 4 months at sa hood din at ang nakapansin ay si Rovic of PDR.

Nagcompare ako sa ibang unit at confirm ko na iba nga yung sa akin at ibinalik ko sa casa at ipina-repaint ko yung hood under warranty.

In the mean time subukan mo yung advice ni ninja and I would use Meguiars.

parang may mantsa.. try using polish or rubbing compound (yung light lang like mothers or any light polish)

As of now ung 845 lang gamit ko. nilalagay ko lang cya after carwashes
mas okay ba kung gamitan ko muna ng TW seal and shine bago ako mag apply ng 845?

I'll be using this AIO on a new car from the casa.



There will be a lot of imperfections to expect so I'm thinking of getting a DA polisher, but I have a few questions.

The backing plate (velcro) is 7", should the pads be 7" as well or 8"? Microtex only has 3, 6, and 8 inch pads.

What's the benefit of having a waffle pad?
Based on the AIO that I'll be using, should I use a cutting/polishing pad or just a finishing pad?
