This is a welcome development indeed. In 10 years time siguro marami nang technological advancements sa pag-assemble ng kuliglig kaya mahahataw na ng mga farmers hanggang 100 kph ang mga kuliglig nila sa bagong gawa na expressway

1. di pa sure na mntc/nlex ang magconstruct niyan. malamang pangako lang to have their franchise extended
5. IMO, may plano ang bcda na magextend ng hiway from Hac. Luisita (sctex is under construction since June 2005) to Poro Point (yung port/base na pag-aari ng bcda/govt na gustong ioperate ni Chavit) in San Fernando La Union, nothing concrete yet.
6. SCTEx (Subic-Clark-Tarlac) construction started June 2005, projected finish December 2007
7. sctex tolls rates (per kilometer) must be the same as the (overpriced) rates in nlex
8. therefore, the rates in the planned extension to laoag or a union or wherever will be the same. ;)

Hirap dito sa atin puro plans wala namang implementation.....
This is welcome development lalo ako, road user ako palagi dyan sa north. imagine, kung taga Tarlac/Pangasinan ka, exit ka lang sa Tollgate and ayun asa hometown ka na.
Pero mahirap umasa unless fully operational na ito, 10 years ba? extend yan plus 5, then another and another and so on.
Sana gawing fasttrack mga ganitong klaseng project.

ok to, pero mahal ata toll fee, like the toll fee at skyway, sky high as well

re: toll fee, nung nag announce ng new tollfees ang NLEX last year, reklamo lahat ng tao. ngayon, parati ng traffic sa mga tollgates, kumagat na rin ang mga reklamador.

tama ka isketi, panahon pa ni marcos may balita na yan, problem kc dito sa atin is corruption talaga, maraming may gustong mag invest sa B.O.T scheme , problem is kailangan kung sino ang nasa pwesto ngayon dapat magbibigay ka din sa kanila kahit na may kontrata kayo with the previous administrator or else hahanapan ka nila nila butas para ma void yun contract, ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES.... example is the contract between PPIC (Poro Point Industrial Corporation) and the goverment, our goverment (erap administration) award the contract to PPIC to operate the pier in la union for 25years at 50M/year, after 7 years right now, gustong kunin ni chavit singson so they make an issue kesyo na wala daw ECC permit etc etc... and order military to force take over.... ngayon may TRO 60 days in favor of PPIC... after TRO expired for sure boxing ulit yan, other story is contract is NAIA 3

Sarap niyan ala autobahn siguro ang takbuhan. Pag dating ng tarlac mejo madalang na ang sasakyan tapos kahit 3 lanes lang,Max speed 200kmh, min 140kmh. Sakto in 10 years siguro 4.0 litr na ang camry at accord. Tapos standard ng corolla at civic entry level 2.0 tas may 2.5 litr variant.
