pwede kayo dumaan via Magilas Trail para di kayo dadaan ng Villasis/Urdaneta, matrapik usually diyan. kumanan kayo sa Carmen bago yung bridge (sa may Mcdo), then pass by Rosales town, then Sta. Maria town, turn left sa Magilas Trail then pass by the long bridge connecting Sta. Maria and Asingan, then from Asingan going to Binalonan lulusot na ulit ng McArthur Highway....HTH

Boss, paano mag exit from Paniqui to Magilas? Or mas advisable na bumalik sa McArthur ba?

Been there just now. Exit ako ng Paniqui then left turn going to MacArthur Highway. Paid PHP103 from Mabalacat to Tarlac City via SCTEX. Tarlac City to Paniqui is free for now via TPLEX. Paniqui exit to highway is 3.1kms only. Daming basag na kalsada from Paniqui up to Agoo, La Union. Suspension check upon return to Manila.

Going north, out sa TPLEx Gerona toll plaza, turn right going to Pura, Tarlac, left turn at Guimba-Rosales road then right turn sa Rosales-Umingan road, left at Maguilas Trail access hiway and on to Binalonan via Sta Maria and Asingan. CMIIW. Hindi na dadaan sa McArthur hiway.

Connected sa SCTEx ang TPLEx, naglagay ng temporary toll plaza before La Paz Exit, pay na doon. Either exit sa La Paz or derecho sa TPLEx, pwede exit sa Gerona-Pura Road or derecho sa Paniqui, Tarlac. Wala pa yata toll fee na sinisingil pero get pa din card and surrender sa exit.

Passed by TPLEX kahapon at kanina going to and from Baguio. Wow, fresh na fresh pa yun kalsada, and yes, hanggang Paniqui palang siya. Cut down yun trip to Baguio ng half hour via Magilas Trail kasi inabot lang kami ng 6 hours to and from Baguio with stop overs na.

TPLEX is a speed trap. They will tag you even if you are doing an overtake of 120-125kph.

Problem is, they will not provide you with a copy of your vehicle caught on SPEEDCAM unlike along NLEX where they provide you a copy of proof of evidence that your vehicle was really caught on their speedcam.

May bayad na pala sa TPLEx, dumaan ako last saturday going north, meron na toll barrier after La Paz, where the toll card was issued, pay at exit, Victoria, Gerona or Paniqui.

Wala pa sila procedure paano merge ang toll ng SCTEx at TPLEx, di pa kasi remove ang toll gate sa Luisita.
