Sad, classic example of backward progress. Effing NPAs are really bandidos in disguise if you ask me. I guess the contractor has not been paying their revolutionary taxes.

You're pertaining to the big void between Moncada (Tarlac) and Carmen (Pangasinan)? Not much progress in that area inbetween at this time so building a exit might not be too cost-effective.

we passed by the portion where they will be building a bridge over the road on the pura-ramos stretch. konti pa lang ang progress, tinatambakan pa lang both sides and the area na natambakan is no more than 300 meters each side.

Buhayin ko lang po for a survey. Would you guys use this if it partially opens a segment from la paz to gerona only?

Yes if travelling during long weekends, holy week, and all saints day. Sobrang traffic sa Tarlac City kaya mas ok mag exit sa Gerona.

unfortunately, pag carmen sa tingin ko matagal pa. yung up to gerona parang ni rush for opening within the year (supposedly ngayong mayo pero just like last year and the year before, sure mamiss target na naman to tsktsk). anyway curious lang ako kung ipapatronize ng motorists yung partial opening kasi may speculation din na baka di ituloy kung malulugi lang.

Why not if it will help me to speed up my trip. The question is when will they partially open a stretch & up to where?

Definitely i will be using this. Even if it is just a short segment it will help me bypass tricycle ridden Sta Rosa-Tarlac Rd.

The original plan was to open up the segment from Tarlac City until Gerona/Pura exit. Don't know if this will push through.
