    Finally!

    This should have been done decades ago.

    I read about the national budget and how big it is and always wonder why our roads are so inadequate. If we have the funds, why don't we have the roads?

    Isa pa, Konting ulan lang, sira na. What is going on with the construction of our roads??? It does not take a rocket scientist to make good quality, durable, useable roads.

    I'm trying to find the logic behid our poor quality paved roads...

    Is it because the faster they deteriorate, the more allocation of funds?

    Well if I'll be travelling further north, sa Gerona na ako mag exit para iwas tricycles sa Tarlac. More so if taga Pura or Guimba ako.

    open na daw sa 30 Oct. (Tarlac to Gerona) Tamang tama bi byahe kami ng madaling araw on that day itself. Hope there is no hiccups.

    the only hiccup i can imagine would be possible traffic build up at the toll plaza if they're still not yet up to speed with the system (during peak travel times).

    Hmmmmm, mukhang ok na ang TPLEX. Sa Waze nga, nung papunta kami Bolinao last Sunday, doon na niya ako tinuturo na dumaan. Pag fully open na ito, looks like mababawasan ng 30 minutes to 1 hour ang papunta ng Northern Luzon
